{Waiting} ~ #21

Nabi was in her car on her way home. But all she could think about was when her mother appeared.

She drove on the road both hands on the wheel but she wasn't paying proper attention. Her mind lost so she lost control. She was going a bit fast.

The car in front stoped at the red light. But she didn't realize.

So then everything went black.

Jeonghan's Pov

I was at home waiting for nabi to come home. It was already a bit late. I called her once but she didn't pick up. I assumed she was driving. I wouldn't want to risk her picking up the phone.

But my phone rang. It was the police?

"Hello?"

"Mr. Yoon?"

"This is he,"

"I'm sorry to inform you that your wife has gotten into a car accident and is being transferred to ***** hospital now."

Jeonghan didn't bother to answer and hung up quickly running out of the house into his car racing to the hospital.

Once he got there he ran in.

"Nabi! Yoon Nabi! What room!"

"Sir clam down please. She's in surgery as we speak,"

"What?!" he turned his head around looking around. "Sir she had minor injuries but she took a big hit that required surgery. They are doing the best they can. Please calm down and wait a bit."

Jeonghan say on chair dozing off as his
phone went off. He picked up.

"Jeonghan!?"

It was Mingyu.

"What happened where is Nabi?!"

"She- She's umm in im surgery right now. I-,"
he stuttered. "Hey don't worry relax she will be fine wait there i'm heading to the hospital now," he hung up and jeonghan sat there.

No thoughts.

He just had to wait.

So he did.

He waited. Mingyu arrived with Seungcheol.

And they waited more.

Her dad was told. Her father and sister arrived.

And they all waited. Jeonghan sat there no expression.

"Yoon Jeonghan?" a doctor came out and called out. He quickly looked and stood up. "Where is she?"

"Surgery went well. She doing just fine. She's still unconscious but you can see her. Room 17." Jeonghan thanked the doctor as they walked to the room.

Walking in he saw her laying there. He walked up to her seeing so much attachments. He held her hand and caressed her cheek.

It was midnight and she was still asleep. Jeonghan was there next to her.

"Jeonghan you need sleep. I'll bring you clothes so you can rest here," Mingyu told him. "No."

"Come on Jeonghan she's okay you need to rest. It been a couple of hours. She's wake up sooner or later," Jeonghan looked at him. "I'll be fine Mingyu. You should go home,"

Mingyu nodded, "Okay call me when she wakes up or if you need anything."

"I will thank you."
