-Present time-
Kaecilius and his followers, the Zealots as they are called, broke into the library, beheaded the protector of the library (he couldn't remember his name) and stole a couple of pages from the Book of Cagliostro. The Ancient One warned everyone to be on high alert and keep an eye out for Kaecilius and his followers. Which led Levi and Mordo roaming around Kathmandu, looking out for anything suspicious.
Levi, wearing a red tunic, had his hood covering his head and face to keep cool from the hot desert sun when he walked around the crowded town and heard a man's voice ask. "Karmar-Taj? Excuse me, do you know where I can find Karmar-Taj?"
Levi whipped his head around and saw a tall man, with long brown hair and a long beard; wearing a blue jacket and jeans and a backpack, strapped to his back, wandering around and stopping people asking about Karmar-Taj.
Intrigued by this man, Levi followed him as he stopped an elderly man, who pointed him in the direction to go. The man nods at the elder and walks towards that direction, with him following close behind. The man goes straight for a while, and you see him look around the place. Obviously, Levi could tell he was out of his element, and he had no idea where to go, so Levi kept following him.
If he gets lost again, Levi will go to him and help him. The man finally turns around a corner of a building, and Levi follows close behind, and he sees that he has walked into an alleyway. Three men, one had a beard, another one was skinny, and third was rather large, pop up out of nowhere and approach the man.
"Guys, I....I don't have any money." The man said.
"Your watch." replied the thug with the beard.
The man looked between the three men and said, desperately. "No, please. It's all I have left."
"Your watch." The thug repeated, then shoved his hand out waiting for the man to give him his watch.
"Alright." The man muttered before he pulls one of his bandaged hands back and punch the thug only causing him to cry out in pain and hold his hand close to his chest as the three thugs surround him and start kicking and punching the man.
Anger filled Levi's chest as he ran out towards the men and kicked the back of the knee of the skinny guy. He screams, and he grabs his shoulder and slams him down to the ground. "What the hell?" The large man asked as he turned around, and Levi punched him square in face.
He falls back a bit as Levi gets down and swipes his feet under him, and he falls on his back. Levi got up and brought your right foot back and kicked the large man across the face when, suddenly, he felt a hand grab his shoulder and spin him around, facing the bearded man.
He removes Levi's hood, which did tug on his long blonde hair. Levi groaned, then looked down and saw that he was holding the watch in his other hand. Levi headbutted him and grabbed his arm, yanking the watch from his grasp as he fell on his back. Levi takes a few deep breaths, then looks over and sees the man on the ground, looking at Levi in shock and awe.
The first thing Levi noticed, besides his high cheekbones, were his grey eyes looking back at his green eyes; something about them mesmerized Levi and made his heart skip a beat. What the hell is this feeling? Levi thought as he held out his hand to him. He accepts and, upon seeing the bandages on his hands, gently grabbed his hands and helped him up to his feet.
He looked at him as Levi gave him a kind smile, then looked down at his watch. His smile dropped as you saw that it was broken; the glass had cracked, and it wasn't ticking. Levi handed it back to him and muttered. "I'm sorry." He takes it from him and looks down at for a moment and lets out deep sighs. "You said you were looking for Karmar-Taj." Levi said to him.
