TWO

PRESENT

Horns blew, demigods coming out of nearby shops and cafés. There was a ship coming to New Rome.

Elissabat was with Reyna, Rue, Reina, Percy, Frank and ofcourse Hazel. They had just finished a battle, which was obvious from the looks of New Rome.

"Lis, What's going on?" Rue asks, hearing the horns as Reina stood up. She had a deep cut on her thighs but she was able to walk.

Elissabat heard the horns aswell, standing up. "I don't know.." she muttered before following Reyna.

Percy, Frank and Hazel looks at each other before reluctantly following the two. Rue and Reina stayed back, they were badly hurt so they couldn't move too much.

Demigods parted their ways for the four greeks, they were suprised that the greeks were on their grounds.

At the other end, Reyna and Elissabat walked to the crowd. Elissabat knew she looked awful, she had just fought in a battle. Her white hair was in a low braid but it was complete mess, some dirt smeared on her cheek and blood aswell. She held the handle of her sword tightly just incase.

Reyna stood tall, with confidence. She had no fear. Once she saw Jason, she sigh in relief.

"Jason Grace, my former colleague." She spoke, her tone was firm as Elissabat softened her face slightly at the sight of her friend that had gone missing.

Elissabat spoke, "I welcome you home, and these, your friends–" before she could even finish her sentence. Annabeth rushed to Percy with incredible speed.

She hugged Percy and kisses him on the lips, and just as Percy was gonna finish his sentence. He got judo-flipped by Annabeth.

A few demigods withdraw their weapons in their instinct. They were impressed at the judo-flip but immediately saw it as a threat. Elissabat withdraw her weapon aswell, a dagger that was oddly shaped, the end was very sharp and at the handle. There was a symbol of a golden apple with an arrow.

Reyna shouted at the romans, including Elissabat. "Hold! Stand down!" Her voice was loud and powerful. The demigods and Elissabat then placed their weapons back at the order.

Piper, Jason and Leo were suprised at the judo-flip. Jason introduced Reyna to Piper and Leo. "So, Reyna. This is Piper and Leo. There my friends." He spoke as Piper akwardly smiled, she didn't get to use her lines she practiced on and on.

Leo waved, then. Jason introduced Elissabat. "Piper, Leo. This is Elissabat." He says as Elissabat gave a crooked half smirk.

Leo smiled, he couldn't really deny the girl was quite pretty. Even Piper wouldn't deny aswell. "Uh...hi."

Jason turned to Annabeth, "This is Annabeth...uhh, she normally doesn't judo-flips people." He says nervously.

Reyna then eyed Annabeth, she was impressed at the action. Elissabat looks at Annabeth, "You sure you're not a Roman, Annabeth? Or maybe an Amazon?" Elissabat asks as Annabeth chuckles dryly.

Annabeth spoke, "I only judo-flip my boyfriend." She smiles. "Pleased to meet you." She held out her hand.

Elissabat shook her hand in a firm grip, "Pleased to meet you aswell." She says with a smile. Reyna clasped her hand firmly, "Well, It seems like we have alot to discuss." She spoke in a firm tone. "Centurions!" She called loudly.

Reyna then ordered the officers to prepare a feast, and Octavian. As usual, protested. But he was shut out by Elissabat who glared at him then told he was an Augur and burn an offering to the gods for bringing Jason back to Rome safely.

Percy smirked, "Yeah, Go burn your bears. Octavian." He put in. Elissabat tried not to show her smile which she suceeded. "Go, You have mine and Reyna's order."

Octavian walked off with a grumble. Percy looks at the group and slipped his hand into Annabeth's. "Dont worry about Octavian, He's normally like that." He spoke. "Romans are good people, Like Hazel, Frank, Reyna and ofcourse Elissabat."

Elissabat shook her head slowly at the mention of her name, but she did gave a small smile. "Well then. We shall have a proper reunion." She announced before going to Jason.

Jason smiles, "Long time.." he says as Elissabat nodded. "Long time? Yes its been a long time. I would have thought you were dead by now." She spoke as Jason chuckles.

Reyna then went to the duo, "Welcome back, Jason." She responded as Jason nodded. "Thanks."

They made their way to the forum, sitting on the chairs as a few officers came back with the feast and Octavian who had freshly burned an offering.

Reyna then gave a toast to friendship and they all started to eat, Jason told them how he lost his memory, how he was in camp half-blood and practically their past quest.

Then, Octavian spoke in the conversation and got shut up by Piper. Then, Percy recountered his side, saying that Frank, Hazel, Elissabat and him were on a quest, faced the queen dirt face, defeat the death god thanatos and brought back the golden eagle something to Camp to repel the attack of the army.

Jason whistled appreciatively, "No wonder  why they made you a Praetor." He spoke as Percy smiled. "Which means–!" Octavian exclaimed, "We now have three praetors! The rule stated clearly we can only have two!"

Elissabat sighs sharply, glairng at Octavian. "Well, Reyna, Percy and Jason are Praetors so they– three– can tell you to shut up." She spoke, her voice became more dark-ish at the last part.

"So, Octavian. SHUT. UP." Elissabat added, at the last part. Her voice became dark as Octavian looked more purple than the Purple Roman t-shirt they all wore. Leo and Piper were in awe, but Leo– he definitely thought she was so cool.

Elissabat then drank her water as Percy and Jason fist bump. Then, Annabeth spoke about the Prophecy as Reyna replied they called it the Prophecy of Seven.

"Octavian, Please recite the Prophecy." Elissabat ordered as Octavian raised his eyebrows. "In English or Latin?" He asks as Elissabat looks at him.

"Well, What do you think?" She asks, a sarcastic smile on her lips as Octavian sighs. He then recites the Prophecy then Annabeth cuts him off and continued the Prophecy. Everybody looked at her except Elissabat and Leo. Elissabat was staring at Leo for whatever he was doing with the spirits as Piper silently encouraged him to continue.

Frank was in awe, and asked Annabeth was really Athena's daughter just to make sure. Then Octavian spoke and was cut off by Reyna who had enough.
