Chapter 2
*Liane's P.O.V.*
"Well, I would feel guilty if I let you go without making this," he points at the documents, "up to you..."
"No, it's alright. It was also my fault that I bumped into you, so let it go," I look at him with a smile on my face.
"No no, just something simple. Like a drink or something. Is that okay with you? I don't accept a 'no'," he winks.
"Well, I guess I don't have any other choice. So, okay... let's get a drink," I punch him in the shoulder.
"Thanks, where do you wanna go?" he asks.
"Hmm, I don't know a good place in London. I've only stayed here for 2 weeks, so don't ask me where to go haha."
"Oh okay, where are you from? Sorry, I forgot," he asks.
"Well, as I already told you, I'm from Birmingham."
"Oh yeah, right. Wow, you're shivering. Are you cold?"
"No... maybe a little bit. Yes, I'm cold. I'm so stupid to forget my jacket at the office," I reply with chattering teeth.
"Here, you can take my jacket," and he hands me his jacket. "By the way I know a good little café where we can have a drink. I like to go there and I think you would to, so let's go!" He grabs my arm and pulls me with him on our way to 'Notes'.
On our way, he tells me that this café has coffee, cappuccino, soft drinks and pastries. *Yumm*
I'm getting colder, even with Niall's jacket on. "Are we almost there?" I ask and I feel my cheeks getting red.
"You're cute when you blush. And yeah, just 2 or 3 more minutes and we're there," he chuckles. I start to blush even more.
"Well, thanks," I smile shyly.
After 3 minutes Niall says we're at 'Notes'.
"Well, come on in. I think it's much warmer in there..." he says.
"Yeah, I hope so. Here's your jacket." I hand him back his jacket but he wouldn't take it.
"Keep it on 'till we're inside. I don't want you to catch a cold," he answers.
"That's really sweet, but I'm fine. Thank you," I push his jacket in his arms and open the door. "You were right, Niall. It's much warmer in here than outside."
"You know, I'm always right, duhh!" he says.
"Good afternoon. How can I help you?" a waitress asks us.
"Well, would you have a table for two please. And we would like to sit by the window," Niall says to the waitress.
"Here you are. Kaylee will be your server, she'll be with you in a few minutes," Tina, the girl who led us to the table, says and gives us the menus and walks away. Niall and I are both looking at the menu. Wow, that's lot.
"Liane, do you know what to choose?" I laugh at Niall.
"No, how about you?" Niall's just about to answer my question as a waitress comes up to us.
"Hey, I'm Kaylee. Have you made your choice yet?" she asks. This is quite funny, because Kaylee doesn't know she's talking to THE Niall Horan.
"Yes, we would like to order two cappuccinos, please. Right Ni?" I answer.
"Yes, and some pastries, please" Niall adds. Kaylee writes it down and makes her way back to the bar.
"Liane, that face of yours was priceless. She still doesn't know she was talking to me..." he starts to laugh.
