Chapter 9

*Liane's P.O.V.*

We both pull away.

"Wow, that was..."

-"Amazing!" Niall finishes.

"Yeah, it was..."

I look away, but Niall grabs my hands.

-"Hey, is something wrong?" Niall asks.

"I don't know. This is the second time we kissed each other. You're Niall Horan..." I pull my hands back off of his while talking.

-"Haha, yes I am, the one and only." Niall looks disappointed 'cause he thinks that I thought that he's the Niall Horan from One Direction, which he is... But I didn't mean it that way. I grab his hands and make him to look at me.

"Hey, I don't mean it that way. To me you're Niall Horan the Irish cutie, my Irish cutie, who can sing and who's also a very lovely, sweet and kind guy. My friend, best friend! To me you're not the Niall Horan from One Direction which every girl loves... Please, don't ever forget that."

-"Thank you. That means a lot..."

"It's just... You can have every girl in the world and you decide to take me with you to have a picnic with. Ya know, that's kinda weird for me..."

-"I don't mind that there are a lot of other girls outside. I can be the truly me around you, that's incredible."

-"I can be someone I can't be around any other person. You mean a lot to me, ya know. I never want to lose you. Ever!"

"And what you just told me means a lot to me. But I don't know about us... I don't think I like you that much to be... ya know..."

What the hell did I just told him?! All I want to is to have him around me and that I can call him mine...

-"I think I understand..." He looks down at his feet, he seems a little bit disappointed.

"Hey, I'm sorry for ruining this picnic. I'm sorry you've met me. I'm sorry for being in your life. I think I get better leave." I walk away, just like the first time after the picnic and again someone's grabbing my wrist.

-"Where are ya gonna go?"

"Home!" I try to get out of his held, but he's stronger.

-"No, you're staying here. And please don't be sorry." He continues, "I'm happy for having you in my life. A lot has been changed since that day, but in a positive way. I want you in my life Liane, even if it's just as a friend, best friend! I don't wanna lose you, I want you by my side!"

Wow! This guy really wants me to stay and be at his side his whole life.

"Wow, I didn't know I mean so much to you..."

-"Yes, you do. So please, don't walk away. I want you to be here by my side..."

"I think I don't have any other option," I start giggling.

-"No, you don't. So come on, we have to finish a picnic," he grabs my hands.

After we finish eating he grabs the blanket and guitar and I put everything back in the basket.

-"Come on, I have to show you something."

"Okay, leggo."

I walk through the park when suddenly Niall pushes me in the direction of the lake.

"Wow! The lake. Really?!"

-"Yes, I wanted to show you the lake. It's a nice place and we can lie down in the grass, watch the moon and stars..."
