PJ, the new bodyguard assigned to Kim, had quickly gained a deep understanding of the delicate situation surrounding the family. He was no ordinary guard—he had ties to Thant, someone PJ knew all too well from a shared history. This connection made him more aware of the importance of the letter in his hands.

Thant had confided in PJ about the plan to reach Kim with news about Vegas, the man everyone believed was lost. PJ was determined to carry out his role flawlessly. He approached the mansion under the guise of a routine task, but his heart pounded with the weight of the secret he was holding.

Earlier, PJ had slipped the first letter into Kim’s mailbox, assuming that was the safest approach. But when he returned to dispose of his cigarette packet in the outdoor bin, he was stunned to find the letter crumpled inside. Kim hadn’t seen it. Or worse, someone had discarded it before Kim had the chance to read it.

PJ froze for a moment, a surge of frustration running through him. He knew Kim would never intentionally ignore something so vital. He bent down, pulled out the letter, and quickly smoothed it out. He needed a new plan—one that would guarantee Kim received it directly.

Making his way silently through the house, PJ climbed the stairs, heading for Kim's bedroom. He had observed Kim's routine long enough to know this was the safest moment. Kim wouldn’t be interrupted.

At the bedroom door, PJ took a deep breath and carefully placed the letter on the ground, right where Kim would see it. As he straightened, his thoughts flicked back to Thant. The connection between Thant and Vegas ran deeper than PJ had realized, and it was clear now that this letter wasn’t just a message—it was a lifeline.

Satisfied with his efforts, PJ stepped away, glancing back once more to make sure everything was in place. He had done his part. Now, it was up to Kim to open that letter and learn the truth.

For PJ’s second mission, delivering the second letter was even more critical. Thant had warned him that as time passed, more eyes might be watching, and PJ had to stay sharp. This letter was as crucial as the first—if not more so. Vegas was alive, and the only way Kim would know was through these letters.

PJ carefully placed the second letter at the bedroom door, just like the first. He hoped it would remain there long enough for Kim to find it. But PJ’s instincts told him to keep an eye on it this time. Something didn’t feel right.

After a while, PJ casually walked past the corridor again, just to check. That’s when he saw Sam, one of the other guards, reaching down to the letter and slipping it into his pocket. PJ’s heart raced, but he remained calm.

“Sam,” PJ called, his voice firm but steady. “Why are you taking that?”

Sam froze, startled, then slowly turned toward PJ. “Oh, I thought it was just something left by the kids. I didn’t think it was important.”

PJ’s eyes narrowed. “You should be more careful. We don’t mess with personal letters, especially those meant for Master Kim.”

Sam hesitated but finally nodded, realizing he had made a mistake. He pulled the letter out of his pocket and handed it back to PJ.

“You need to be more mindful next time,” PJ said, making sure his tone carried a warning. “Make sure it stays where it belongs.”

Without another word, Sam returned the letter to the door, then walked off, looking a bit sheepish. PJ stood there for a moment longer, ensuring everything was back in place before stepping away. His second mission was successful, but it was clear now that not everyone could be trusted. PJ would have to be even more vigilant from now on.

Kim was furious, his suspicions confirmed after seeing the footage. PJ had been delivering letters from Vegas, and now, more than ever, Kim needed answers. He couldn’t afford to wait any longer, not when Vegas was somewhere out there, possibly in danger.
