Ishaan's POV

I was sleeping peacefully when my phone rang. Ughh it's 2 at night. I suddenly muted it and looked at samaira who just changed her direction to sleep. I caressed her hair and went out to attend the call.

"Yes nishkarsh?"

"Sir Rudransh has escaped. Humari team se pata laga hai that he has ganged up with some people to destroy our gang." He straight up told me, but his sentences were enough to make me clench my fist.

This mafia business has ruined my life. I was this close on closing the gang and getting out of it for my family. This is like a generational trauma now. I told him to follow some instructions regarding this Rudransh. I also asked to increase security in my house and office.

After hanging up the call I quickly went in my bed.

I literally decided to focus on my business and my wife for this period of my life. Samaira and I have started bonding on a very slow pace and our relationship, it is going on a very good road right now. If due to this business something happens to her....

I looked at her sleeping. She always looks so peaceful while sleeping like there is no trauma in her life. This the only reason I hate to wake her up when she's sleeping.

Samaira's POV

The next morning, I woke up and found nobody in the room. I went outside to find ishaan ji sitting in the living room all alone. What is he doing here, that too early morning?

I went downstairs and stepped close to him. "Aapko kuch chhaiye?" I said bringing him out of his zone. He weakly smiled looking at me and nodded.

"Why are you sitting here at this time?" He looks so tired and even stressed which is making me stressed too.

"Bas neend nahi aa rahi thi" he told me and smiled again. "Baitho na" He patted near him on the sofa signing me to sit.

I settled myself near him keeping my knees close to my chest. He looked at me with his light brown eyes which had so much concern. "Tara please apna dhyan rakhna, hmm?"

I was confused by this statement, so I didn't say anything and neither did he.

Nandini's POV

I woke up to find my husband sleeping keeping his hand encircled to my waist. He looked like a kid right now. I pinched his cheeks and pecked there. He was like a kid who brings out my inner kid out and let it stay alive.

I was just looking and admiring him when suddenly, "Bas karo kitna dekhogi?" He said with his eyes closed.

"Jitni meri marzi hogi. Aapko dikkat koi?" I said making him laugh and go back to his sleep again.

I patted him to wake him up. "Please 5 more mins nandu I swear."

"Nooo it's time for your workout now please go away"

"Are tum mujhe door kyu bhagana chahti ho?" Saying this he pulled my hand making me land on his chest as he hugged me.

"Thodi der aur sojao baby kuch nahi hoga"

Baby? Am I a baby? Do I look like a baby to him?

Does he even know what he blabbers in his sleep.

He slept again didn't caring about anyone in the world. I got up and got ready for my office. I usually go to my office early so nobody would've woken up right now

I went downstairs only to find my dear best friend and her husband on the couch. They were sleepy but not exactly sleeping.

"Good morning to you too guys?" I said with a smile while they both passed me weak looks.
