Let's just time skip to the last lesson of the day, P.E. One of the worst subjects to ever exist. I'm always bad at it, but this is where the most action happens throughout this book, so I might as well talk about it. Detail, remember? Anyway, I was getting changed, and listening in to a conversation that some girls were on about. It was about Andrew, and how they were planning to fight him.

I had to protect him. I mean, I'm not going to let a new kid get beaten on the first day, am I? I'd really do this for anyone. I narrowed my eyes at them, signalling that I can hear them. They didn't even notice me, which is a good thing despite the fact they could get you to the ground within 2 seconds. I kept my distance, slowly going out of the door to the sports hall.

As a arrived, I heard many conversations about Andrew. Seems that everyone was getting into this fight, as the information I got was mostly about fighting him after school behind the bike shed. Does he even walk that way? I need to direct him to the other exit if he does go the way towards the bike shed. It would be even worse if he had a bike and rode it to school today. I just don't see why people hate him; I mean I know he's got a nerdy look, sure, but he's actually so kind..

Just then, the P.E. teacher blew the whistle to commence the first game, dodgeball. I was put on the same team as Andrew, but the downside is there's people on my team who were hosting the fight later. They glared at him, making the poor soul feel uncomfortable. I felt so bad, but I didn't want to pile up the people who bully me, so I just ignored them. I didn't join in, I just pretended I didn't acknowledge it. The game commenced, and of course, people only aimed for Andrew, nobody else. Not even me.

However, Andrew seemed to be a really good dodger. Everyone didn't manage to get him out, and even the girls were surprised. I looked at him, a little amazed by his talent. 5 minutes later, and the game ended. The teachers looked at Andrew, and then went up to him and offered him on the dodgeball team. He refused, however, as he is already in a dodgeball team apparently.

(Author's mid note) Okay people, time for the real action.

It's the next day, and the first lesson is Geography. Andrew was sat next to me, and I pretended to groan and say I didn't want to sit there, however I was giving him secret winks to say I'm just joking so people don't get that were actually friends. He  e me a thumbs up, and I 'reluctantly'  went to go sit down. The lesson began, and the teacher was talking about Glaciers. I didn't listen to anything the teacher said, and just began secretly talking to Andrew.

Suddenly, he pulled out some photos and showed me them. It was a group photo of some people, and I felt like I recognised one of them... he then told me that these people were his only friends before he met me. I told him he had a good amount, and that they were always there for him in tough times like this. We kept going on about the photo all lesson, Andrew telling me each name and how much they cared about him. I smiled softly, hoping to meet them one day. Little did I know, this photo was actually going to bring my fate...

I felt an odd feeling while talking about the photos. Like something bad was going to happen, and it's going to be pretty soon. I shook the thought into the back of my mind, and tried to forget it to prevent from bringing any unnecessary stress to me. The bell eventually rang, and everyone packed up their things. I still had a bad feeling, what if Andrew is trying to warm up to me just so that he can get rid of me somehow? No, he's a very kind guy, and I shouldn't be accusing him like that.

I went down to the cafeteria, and got something to eat. It was small, but it'll keep me going until lunch. Let's just hope nothing bad happens... hopefully this will just be another boring day, right...?

Suddenly, I saw some people casually walking down the cafeteria. They weren't in uniform, so they couldn't be students here. I took a good glimpse at one of them, and I recognised their face. It was one of Andrew's friends in that photo! I remained seated, however there was a tiny voice in my head telling me to go follow them. I tried fighting back by saying no to myself, but the urge was just too strong. I got up, and followed them. Not like I wanted to, but that voice was annoying me.

A girl told me to not follow them. I did anyway. It was like all surrounding voices was just a blur to me. I couldn't hear them. Just then, I saw Andrew, smiling as I went past. That damn bitch! I knew he had a plan to get rid of me! But why though..? I didn't do anything to him, I trusted him for so long...

Just then, I fell into a portal that lead to the school basement. My screaming brought their attention, and I had 6 people staring at me. I knew why, it's because I'm not supposed to be here. Suddenly, a girl went in front of the others. It looked like their leader.

"Who are you and why did you follow us?!" She shouted at me, serious in her tone.

I got up and brushed myself off, before giving her a reply.

"Well what are YOU doing here in the first place? You just walked by as if you own the fucking place." I said back to her, narrowing my eyes even more with each word.

She stared at me, and then sighed. I was confused, did she just give up? Does she have no more words to say? I looked at her in question, and the other people did the same.

"Listen, you weren't meant to follow us, but you're stuck down here now so you might as well just come with us. Just try to stay quiet and stay behind us." She said quietly, and continued walking.

I had to tell her I wasn't willingly following her, and that this was Andrew's vile plan to get rid of me.

"It's not like I wanted to follow you, plus that Andrew smirked at me in an evil way as I was going past!" I explained, causing the girl to stop suddenly.

She turned around and headed towards me. Did I say something wrong? I mean, all I said was the truth...

"You trusted Andrew?!" She questioned in concern. The others slightly gasped at the words, and I looked down at the cold stone floor.

"Yeah... he said you were his friends, and- GOD! I AM SUCH AN IDIOT! THIS IS WHY PEOPLE HATED HIM!" I shouted, falling to the floor and ripping the bandage off he put on me yesterday. The girl came up to me, and put her hand on my arm. I didn't look at her, despite her many attempts to try and het me to make eye contact with her.

"Andrew was never our friend. He always says that so he knows whether he's got his next victim or not. It's fine, it was just his plan, and now you know not to trust him." She comforted me. I felt a little better after some time, and got up to follow them.

Now I know, I hate that fucking Andrew.
