"𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 were about 20 kids partying 100 yards that way. Molly McCarthy was taken here. We found a blanket, a sweatshirt and a pair of shoes over there." The sheriff says gesturing."How does someone not see or hear them?" JJ asks.
"It was dark. He had the advantage. Molly's boyfriend was the last person to see her. He said she was alone for a minute, maybe less." The sheriff replies.
"He's patient. Works fast." Hotch says.
"He's perfected his MO." Spencer says looking around.
"If our UnSub's pushing 60, he's got to be strong enough to carry her a long way without her struggling." Hotch says.
"I've seen a lot of properties on unmarked dirt roads with no visible street signs. Nothing on any maps." Spencer says but Callie is glancing at JJ who's pinching the bridge of her nose.
"Yeah, if you don't live around here, it can be hell finding your way around. " the sheriff says.
"He's definitely local." Hotch says.
"Can you show us the various entrances to this place?" Spencer asks and the sheriff nods. Before following the way Callie and Hotch stay for a bit looking at JJ in concern.
"We'll catch up." Hotch says to the two ahead before they go over to JJ.
"Ever since we had Jack, I always dread it when you bring me a case involving kids." Hotch says to JJ and JJ looks up.
"Why are you telling me this?" JJ asks.
"Every case we work, every case we don't work, comes across your desk." JJ says.
"Yeah."
"And most of the victims are women. And most of them are about your ages." He says gesturing to both Callie and her.
"It's okay if you lose it JJ. It reminds people that we aren't stone cold emotionless beings but actual humans." Callie states softly with a smile.
"You never lose it" JJ says to Hotch.
"My point doesn't apply to him." Callie says and she earns a look from Hotch which makes her whisper a 'kidding' and JJ laughs quietly.
"Maybe I should have." Hotch says ignoring Callie's comment.
A few moments later, the three rejoin the sheriff and Spencer at the crime scene.
"I've got two sets of parents waiting for an ID." The sheriff says.
"I can help you with that." JJ volunteers.
"Thanks, he didn't spread them around this time. They were in plain sight." The sheriff says looking around.
"He's taunting us. He's basically saying, "I'm doing this, and there's nothing you can do to stop me." Spencer explains and Callie nods.
"It's cocky and it's annoying." She states not looking amused.
"Nobody can get in here without showing their ID at the gate." The sheriff says.
"I have a copy of that visitors list, but there's a hundred ways in. These fences back up to personal properties." JJ says pointing.
"He knows these grounds as well as anyone. He could've jumped the fence, disposed of his victims and walked right back out." Hotch comments.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 whole team is at the station focusing on different areas when JJ and the sheriff come over to where the others are working."There's been another abduction." JJ says walking in.
"Name's Tara Ricker. Family called this morning, she didn't come home last night. We're still trying to locate the vehicle." The sheriff explains.
"We know he kills after he takes another victim, so we're running out of time here." JJ points out.
"All right, what do we know?" Hotch asks.
"Definitely a copycat. Same MO, Same dump site." Emily says.
"Only you never released any of that to the press." Rossi asks turning to ask Caulfield.
"No"
"He had to learn it from someone. A family member? A friend maybe?" Spencer says.
"Mary and Robert Wilkinson had a son." JJ points out.
"Are you suggesting there's a genetic predisposition to killing?" John asks and Hotch replies.
"It's one factor, along with psychology and socialisation."
"If you have a combination of genetics and a son who grew up without a father, searching for his own identity, it could be a stressor." Dave says to John.
"I remember Charlie Wilkinson was 15, he killed a neighbour's cat. He put it in a bag and hit it against a tree." John says and the team don't even flinch given they see what seems to be worse until the next worse thing happens.
"How old is Charlie Wilkinson?" Callie asks blowing a piece of hair out of her face.
"Mary was pregnant with him when Robert died." John says and Emily points something out.
"That's 27 years ago. Makes him roughly the same age Robert was when he started killing." She says as Derek's cell starts to ring.
"What have you got for us, girl?"
"I just found the reason why Karen Foley was lying." Penelope says and tells the team the reason. Emily and Dave go out back to her house whilst Hotch and JJ go to where Tara Ricker was abducted leaving Callie, Derek and Spencer to go find Charlie Wilkinson at work only for him to not be there, so they get back into the car.
"I'm not dating anyone and I'm not looking for a date." Callie clarifies to Derek who is driving with a smirk on his face.
"You may not be dating anyone but you're crushing." Derek points out and Spencer nods looking between the two.
"You have a tell Callie." Spencer says and Derek nods at the genius in agreement.
"When you're interested in someone you ramble or play with your hair subtly without realising.""You ramble Spence how is that different." Callie says raising an eyebrow and turning around to face him in the backseat.
"Because Reid's a kid genius and he rambles facts and statistics but you now that's a whole different game." Derek says with a smirk.
