As midnight descended upon Swalvdu, the Continental Tournament's arena transformed into a dazzling spectacle. Thousands of representatives from hundreds of kingdoms converged, their vibrant attire and banners weaving a tapestry of color and pageantry.

Elianne's eyes sparkled with excitement as she oversaw the seating arrangements. She had strategically sat beside Kieran on one side and left a pace for Alethea beside Kieran on his other side, hoping the electric atmosphere would spark a connection.

The arena's central square pulsed with anticipation. Knights, warriors, and nobles mingled, their conversations buzzing like a thousand honeybees. The air vibrated with the clang of steel, the murmur of strategists, and the rustle of silk.

To the east, the kingdom of Valtoria's contingent boasted regal splendor, their banners emblazoned with the silver Griffin. Sir Malakai, resplendent in his armor, stood tall, his piercing gaze surveying the competition.

Nearby, the kingdom of Eldrid's delegation shimmered in iridescent hues, their delicate filigree armor glinting under the starlight. Princess Sophia, Valtoria's beauty, smiled warmly at Kieran, her eyes flashing with interest.

Elianne's gaze darted to Alethea standing in the arena with the other participants, her matchmaking instincts on high alert. Alethea, serene and focused, adjusted her armor, her raven hair braided with intricate precision.

Amidst the crowd, a towering figure emerged, clad in Valtoria's emblematic armor.

Sir Malakai, Valtoria's legendary champion, strode confidently into the arena. His piercing blue eyes scanned the competition, his gaze lingering on Alethea.

"Ah, General Alethea," Malakai said, his deep voice dripping with intrigue. "I've heard tales of your prowess. I'm eager to test your mettle. For years, this is the first time Avalor has sent you as a representative. I'd like to see if it would make a change."

Alethea's expression remained steadfast her voice laced with venom. "I have been very busy dealing with the kingdom's affairs over the years. Regrettably, I have not been able to participate in this tournament until niw which is why you might take Avalor's strength for granted. But, now I am here and I won't let my kingdom's strength be downgraded ever again."

Malakai's smile hinted at amusement. "You're either brave or foolhardy. We'll soon find out."

Elianne, seated beside Kieran, whispered, "He's intimidating, but Alethea won't back down."

King Thane's eyes narrowed. "Malakai's skills are renowned, but Alethea's determination is unmatched."

Queen Harper joined in, "She'll definitely make our kingdom proud."

"I'll show no mercy," he vowed to himself. "Valtoria's honor demands victory."

As the tournament's host, a majestic figure with a booming voice, welcomed the assembly, the crowd erupted into cheers.

"Tonight, we gather to celebrate strength, strategy, and valor! Now the rules of the tournament depend on each round. So for the first round of the tournament, the rules are :
1. You must not seek help from anyone outside the tournament.

And that is the only rule for this round.
Now since we have thousands of contestants,we have to narrow them to a suitable number.

Hence in the first round, you'll be scattered with the use of transportation magic into different realms with huge amount of energy and have to navigate their way out.

Since navigating out will be an issue, you must find the portal which will get you out within an hour time limit. First hundred to make it out will make to the next round." the host declared. "Let the Continental Tournament begin!"
