Okay, so 9x2 equals 18, and 10+4 equals 14. 14-18= -4. So the answer's -4.
How you solve it:
Alright, so there are ten X-Men (Beast, Jubilee, Wolverine, Cyclops, Colossus, Storm, Shadowcat, Angel, and Rogue, respectively) fighting the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. The Fantastic Four show up, so now there's fourteen heroes to fight the Brotherhood. But the X-Men/ FF are still out numbered, because there are 9x2 Brotherhood members. Eh, that's... 18. So the X-Men have to take out... 4 villians for their numbers to be equal. The answer is...-4. Unless of course, Multiple Man is hanging with the Brotherhood, in which case the answer is not -4. Then it's like, 12.
