She is Hidan's sister and she hates him. The reason she hates him is because he follows the cult version of the Jashin religion while she follows the normal version of it. In this world, the goddess Jashin punishes evil souls, and the rituals that her acolytes do is to send evil souls to her, but he has corrupted and now he just believes that she wants any soul. When you reach a certain level of prayer in this religion, you gain immortality. You can still die if you don't drink or eat or if you stop doing the sacrifices. When Hidan killed Asuma Naruto was sent to see if he can find anything about the religion and that's how he discovered Hidana. At first Naruto tried to attack her because he believed the cult was the only part of the religion, but once Hidana explained the truth to Naruto, she offered to help him defeat, her brother o alongside her two daughters and eventually through this partnership she and her two daughters fell in love with Naruto, and they moved to bed and leave to spread religion. True Jashinist don't turn their back on anyone and are very welcoming people they respect every religion since they consider all of them Sacred unless it involves needless killing. Also, she is much stronger than Hidan because since he ran away, he only knows Curse Technique: Death Controlling Possessed Blood. She on the other hand knows many more curse techniques associated with the religion. The one Hidan uses is the simplest one. She knows every single one since she is a high priestess. In this religion, you can get married and have kids in fact, actually incourage. One highly powerful technique is there jashinist transformation. This transformation is not the one where they turned black and get skull like markings. This is this religion version of sage mode, basically and they all take on demon like qualities. The powers are all similar. They gained demonic power or at least what's considered demonic and a demon like form. Or they take the form of a fallen angel or Valkyrie. Another version of this could also be a Satayos like form. Also in this religion you fight with a scythe as your main weapon. But when activating the curse technique to kill someone you must use the weapon you are bestowed by Jashin to kill the person finally. Hidan uses a rod and she uses twin swords. Her scythe is in the picture above. Also, so no one asked why she doesn't use any normal ninjutsu it is because to get a connection to Jashin you must give up your ability to use normal jutsu. You can only use the curse techniques which take the place of them. She loves her two daughters so much and was so proud when they decided becoming priestesses of the religion.
