As we are eating breakfast I get a text, Its from my mother "hey guys, mum just text me." I say loudly everyone shuts up and I read the message out loud,
'"Hi Isabella,
you and the others will start your training today some people will be around shortly to guide each and everyone of you through your training,
they will be reporting back to your fathers so best of luck and have fun but work hard."
I put my phone down and look up at the others they all look excited and eager to start, just then a maid comes thought the kitchen doors with some of my dads men, I recognize them and smile they smile back,
"Hi." I say to them "hey." one of the people in the front says "are you the ones who are going to be training us ?" James asked and they nod "I'm Danial, this is Sebastian, Kevin, Mike and Lucas." he says,
"you all need to get into sports wear and meet us in the gym." Danial says and we all stand walking back up to our rooms I get into a sports bra and some matching leggings, I pull on my black trainer socks and my black trainers, I pull my hair up into a pony-tail and give myself one final look in the mirror,
I walk out of my room and everyone is heading downstairs, I walk with danny, we enter the gym and its a massive room, with gym equipment and a boxing ring and a massive place to train, I see the trainers stood in a circle,
They turn to us and smile, "good, right I think we will start with a warm up, then we are going to split you into small groups and train you." Danial says we all nod, he moves more to the center of the room,
they made us do
- a 60 second plank (Failed)
- Jump rope for 60 seconds (70 jumps, succeeded)
- high knees for 60 seconds (Succeeded)
- Russian twist for 60 seconds (Failed)
- 60 lunges (I only did 50 so partly failed)
"well done kids, I'm impressed most of the men fail these warm ups and they do them every day." Danial says and we all smile looking at each other, "right, now im going to put you in pairs, Danny and Isabella your going to be with me, James, Ellie with Sebastian, Jessica and Jack with Kevin, Anna and Sammy with mike and Jade and alice with Lucas."
Me and danny move aside to Danial, "right, lets get started with you two." Danial says "today I'm going to teach you basic thing's "Face each other watch each others movements carefully, Isabella how much do you know about fighting ?" Danial asked,
"The basics, but thats about it." I say and he nods right use what you know and fight okay?" he says I nod and face danny, he smirks and I roll my eyes, we both bring our arms up to shield our faces "You two make up the rules, I'm just going to watch so I can have an idea of what to teach you." he says moving back,
"full range so we can attack any part of the body." I say and danny nods "use any techniques you know." he says and I nod, "3, 2, 1 go." we both say,
we begin by circling each other waiting for someone to make the first move, I right hook Danny's jaw, hitting him just enough to make him stumble a bit, he looks a tiny bit shocked so I smirk, I kick him in the stomach,
making him fall back a tiny bit, I go at him hitting him at any place he's not blocking, he swings at me I lean back so he misses and stumbles forwards I punch him in the side of the face and trip him up,
he falls face first to the floor and I hear people clapping, I look up and see everyone was watching, I help danny up and he looks stunned I blush and look away "that was amazing." Danial says "well done." I shrug and jade smirks,
Danny shakes his head composing himself, I see blood dribbling from his nose and he wipes it away I bite my lip as he looks up to me "Sorry." I say he smiles "don't apologies that is what I get for underestimating you." he says,
- 2 hours later -
we had done a few more matches against each other and then learnt new moves from Danial, I was now taking a long relaxing shower, I see the blood and sweat running away with the water, I hear a noise in my bedroom,
I turn the water of and wrap towels around me only to come face to face with Danny I closed my eyes and leaned against the bathroom wall "Jeez danny, you scared me." I say, danny comes and stands in front of me,
I bite my lip, "Danny? do you need something?" I asked and he chuckles "You." he whispers next to my ear, I close my eyes, gripping the towel tightly he leans down to my neck and kisses it nibbling and sucking on the skin,
I lean my head against the wall and suppress a moan, I close my eyes and whisper "danny.", he brings his face up looking straight into my eyes, "Yes, princess?" he taunted, he obviously knows what hes doing,
I whimper and try to move away but he puts his hands either side of my head locking me into place, My grip on my towel tightening, I stare into his lust filled eyes he looks Hungry with desire he moves close to me once again,
"Danny, we cant, I cant." I whisper turning away, he pulls my chin towards himself and whispers, "why not princess?" I look at him my eyes widening as I trip over my words looking for an excuse, "I....I....i just cant danny." I say,

"I...I don't know." I whisper he leans down and kisses me pulling me close to him, his hands moving from my face, running them down my body cupping my ass and pulling me closer, our lips move in sync as he moves one hand up to my hair and grips my hair,
he pulls me back and smirks at me "everyone's a virgin at one point." he whispers I look up at him "are you?" I whisper back and he smirks "yes baby, I am." he says kissing my forehead I look away "Can I finish my shower please?" I asked quietly,
Danny tilts his head and nods "can I join?" he asked and he must of seen I looked nervous because he says "you can always say no darling I wont get mad." he whispers leaving my hand to put his hand on the small of my back,
I bite my lip and think, I shrug getting nervous again, he chuckles and closes his eyes he pulls me close for a hug while I think I try to stay calm, I take a deep breath and say "I...guess it would be okay." I say and danny pulls back,
"you sure princess?" he asked and this time more confident I nod, he nods and pushes me towards the shower, I slowly take of the towel and get inside the shower, danny takes off his clothes and steps inside.
