Siddharth was sprawled across his bed, and staring at his ceiling with full concentration
His assignments were lying all over his bed too, surrounding him but he was lost in another thought
"Siddharth" a voice called him and he turned towards where the voice was coming from
"Maa" he called out, and sat up straight on his bed, straightening his shirt
"Is something troubling you?" Latika Birla wasn't your ordinary woman, she maybe a businesswoman along with her husband but she juggles between being a mom and a businesswoman
She does her job of being a mom well, but sometimes when you are away from home, it is certain that your kids learn to hide things from you
"Nothing maa, just academics and stuffs you know, you don't need to worry" Siddharth is a guy whose first impressions anywhere is labelled as a jerk but he is always thoughtful for his mother, she already has too much on her platter and he for sure doesn't want to burden her more
"You and your brother are of the same kind, woh wahan London mein kya chal raha hai kabhi nahi batata, aur tum toh mere saath hoke bhi mujhe apna kuch nahi samjhte" Latika sighed, being a mother was tough and she understood her kids

They always thought they were doing the right thing by not sharing but many things had happened in the past, and she can't change those incidents unfortunately, but she tries to make up for it whenever she can
