Short summary to show what you could do, but I kinda rushed this a lot so try to make things more interesting
Villain Name: Thena, the Vengeful Ember
Background: Thena was once a victim of The Sable Labyrinth’s experiments. Kidnapped and subjected to horrendous trials by the Genomic and Necrotechnics Divisions, she barely survived and escaped, but not before they scarred her both physically and mentally. Driven by vengeance and hatred, she’s devoted herself to bringing down the organization that ruined her life, one division at a time.
Power: Infernal Conduit – Thena has the ability to absorb and channel flames, converting the heat into an overwhelming, destructive energy that can incinerate her surroundings or create concentrated blasts of intense fire.
The Take Down Plan:
1. Gathering Information:
Phase: Surveillance
Action: Thena’s first step is to exploit the divisions’ secrecy and rivalry. She tracks down low-level operatives and former Labyrinth workers, using her charm and intimidation to squeeze out details about the organization’s structure and hideouts. Some she bribes, some she threatens, but she leaves all of them terrified of her wrath if they don’t cooperate.
Result: She collects information on The Labyrinth’s key players, security protocols, and equipment suppliers, piecing together the layout of their hidden labs and safehouses.
2. Striking the Vivisection Division
Phase: Disruption
Action: Thena infiltrates the underground base where the Vivisection Division operates by disabling the outer guards with silent, targeted flame bursts. Once inside, she detonates the facility’s generators, causing a power outage and locking the surgeons and scientists in the dark. She floods the lab with an intense fire, reducing the invasive surgical equipment to molten wreckage and setting off explosive chemicals.
Result: The division is gutted, forcing the remaining operatives to evacuate to other labs. She leaves a charred emblem of her insignia as a warning, a sign of what’s to come.
3. Undermining the Psychotronics Division
Phase: Psychological Warfare
Action: Thena has her informants plant false information about her supposed “weaknesses” within the ranks. Oracle, the head of the Psychotronics Division, believes this bait and sets up an elaborate mental trap to ensnare her, unaware that Thena’s immunity to psychological manipulation was forged in the division’s very own experiments. Thena feigns distress to bait Oracle into a showdown. Once Oracle engages, she feints vulnerability and then overpowers him with intense, white-hot flames that even his illusions cannot conceal.
Result: Oracle is consumed by flames, and the Psychotronics Division is thrown into chaos, losing its leader and many of its key operatives.
4. The Assault on the Genomic Division
Phase: Extermination
Action: With the Genomic Division being the very group that tortured and experimented on her, Thena attacks it with zero mercy. She cuts through their forces with fiery precision, targeting Splice’s mutant “creations” first. Using her fire to weaken the lab’s barriers, she burns through genetic samples and destruction-resistant specimens. Thena finally confronts Splice, pushing him to mutate wildly in desperation. But she overwhelms him by intensifying the flames, until his transformations fail him.
Result: The Genomic Division is decimated, its research facilities reduced to ash, and Splice himself is left as a smoldering heap, a symbol of her wrath.
5. Confronting Dr. Malen and the Necrotechnics Division
Phase: Final Reckoning
Action: Having lost most of his resources, Dr. Malen and the remnants of the Necrotechnics Division retreat to the last lab, fortified and filled with traps. Thena breaches the facility, setting off incendiary blasts to burn through Malen’s defenses. In a final, dramatic confrontation, Dr. Malen tries to manipulate her with memories from her past torment, but Thena’s resolve is too strong. She confronts him directly, using concentrated blasts of searing fire to strip away his psychological illusions.
Result: As the Necrotechnics Division crumbles in flames, Dr. Malen pleads for mercy, but Thena coldly incinerates him, making him suffer in his final moments as she once did. The Sable Labyrinth collapses, its experiments and horrors consumed by the very fire that created her.

Aftermath
With the destruction of The Sable Labyrinth, Thena becomes a legend and a warning. Her ruthless pursuit of vengeance leaves a haunting reminder to other villain organizations. Although she is seen by many as a brutal vigilante, others regard her as a necessary force, eradicating evil where the heroes hesitated. Now free from her past, she walks away from the wreckage, ready to bring her flames to anyone who dares repeat the Labyrinth’s horrors.
