After finding out her ability, her parents were forced to move to France, where abilities were more unccommon.

And that is how she saw her interest in fashion, but she was inevitably a bit sad about the movingg since her friends would have to be left behind.

But ey, atleast they gave each other a parting gift.

After finding her love for fashion, she figuired after watching many many movies, she woud need to learn self defence.

Thankfully, she was a natural and self taught her double sword technique, maybe that's why her parents were paranoid by the fact that little Chiori kept getting her teachhers fired.

Fluttering Hasode:

Dashes nimbly forward with silken steps. Once this dash ends, Chiori will summon the automaton doll "Tamoto" beside her, Tamoto will attack the person or people it feels that threaten Chiori and will ccontinue attacking them until Chiori stops it or so.

And with enough concentration, she can dash to her desired direction.

Hiyoku: Twin blades:

Twin blades leave their sheaths as Chiori slices with the clean cuts of a master tailor, slicing everything and anything in its way with ease.
