At Verma's house:
As the days went by, Tanya took a leave from the hospital until her engagement day. Tomorrow, the engagement ceremony was scheduled to take place, and all the ladies in the house were preparing jewelry and attire for the occasion in Tanya's bedroom. In one corner of the bed, Tanishka and Tanya were sitting, with Tanishka applying henna on Tanya's hands.
"I don't like mehandi," Tanya said, feeling annoyed and frustrated. Tanishka let out a soft chuckle and asked, "Waha jaogi toh itne saare rasam Hoge jaise ki karwa Chauth, teej aur tumhari nand ki shaadi phir toh tumhe mehandi lgani padigi. Phir kya krogi?" Tanya rolled her eyes and let out a heavy sigh. Prema chuckled in agreement with Tanishka.
(Once you reach there, there will be so many rituals, like Karwachauth, Tij, and your sister in law wedding day then you have to apply henna. What will you do then?)
Then Kashiv spoke up, "You better stay away from all those wedding rituals and discussions ." She gave a stern look at Tanishka, who immediately lowered her head, focusing on the henna she was applying onto Tanya's hands.
Then, maids arrived in the room, holding jewelry boxes. One of maid approached the bed, "Tanya, do you want to choose a jewelry for your engagement yourself?" Kashiv inquired, showing the boxes of jewelry.
Tanya sighed and nodded slightly, "Alright, let me see." She glanced at the boxes of jewelry, filled with beautiful necklaces, earrings, bangles, and other traditional pieces. Prema and kashiv smiled, placing the boxes in front of Tanya, giving her the opportunity to select her jewelry.
Tanishka's gaze fell on a particular jewelry item-a beautiful and unique diamond necklace and earring set adorned with light pink pearls. "Tanu, this one is beautiful, It will look good on you. Choose it." she whispered to Tanya, pointing at the jewelry.
Tanya looked at the jewelry recommended by Tanishka, admiring its beauty. Despite her annoyance towards the entire wedding preparations, she couldn't deny the appeal of the necklace. "Fine, I'll wear it," she said, signaling her acceptance of the jewelry choice. Kashiv and Prema smiled, pleased with her decision.
"Yes baby it will look so adorable on you." Kashiv caressed Tanya cheeks and give her flying kiss. Tanishka smiled at them and their adorable interaction she also want that Kashiv do these lovely things with her but she don't know why Kashiv hate her so much.
