Ni-ki and Eun Hee's condition:

Ni-ki - Not too serious, it'll take about 2 months to recover, just having some trouble breathing.

Eun Hee - Brain bleeding, had surgery on her back because her spine was cracked. She's been in a coma for 3 months and her condition is about 70% serious.

++ Ms. Jang passed away because the gunshot to her head couldn't be treated.

Ni-ki got up from his bed, still feeling in pain.

"Nurse, do you know where the girl who was with me at last time?"

"The girl?"

"Yeah, her name's Eun Hee."

"Oh, Ms. Eun Hee. She's in the room across from yours."

"What happened to her? She's okay, right?"

"I don't think I should be the one to tell you, it's a sensitive."

"She's my girlfriend. I have the right to know what happened to her. Please, just tell me she's not in a bad condition."

"Her bones are cracked, and there are bruises from being hit. Her head was bleeding too, like she got hit with something metal. But don't worry, she's made it through surgery for both issues. Now, it's just a matter of time for her to recover."

"She really went through it."

"Call me if you need any help."

"Alright."

Ni-ki got up from his bed and headed over to Eun Hee's room, just infront from his room.

"Eun Hee..."

Ni-ki sat down in the chair next to her bed, holding her hand, and for the second time, his tears fell.

"I had no idea things would get this bad. You're too innocent and sweet to go through all of this. I'm so sorry for pulling you into my problems. I'm sorry I couldn't keep my promise."

For the first time, Ni-ki kissed her forehead and gently touched her cheek.

"Please, wake up soon... so I can finally keep my promise."

Ni-ki sat next to Eun Hee, still waiting for her to wake up, not knowing she was in a coma.

"You're going to wake up, right? But I get it... you'll probably hate me so much. Yeah, I deserve it. Hate me, because I'm the reason you ended up like this."

Ni-ki wiped his tears. Just then, the doctor walked into Eun Hee's room and noticed him there.

"Oh, you're here?"

"Doctor, how much longer until she wakes up?"

"You don't know?"

"Know what?"

"The patient is in a coma. It's hard to say when she'll wake up."
