"We can build a new castle, and it may be different, but as long as we're all together, I'm sure it's going to be perfect"

SMG4 says, forcing a smile hoping to lift their spirits in some way, which seemed to work a little, as they turned and seemed to agree, "A new castle? How?" Tari asked, Boopkins looked at the pit and turned back, "W-Will it be anything like this one?" he asked. SMG4 dipped his head, "Well, not really, and I'm not sure, but I know we can figure it out!" he says encouragingly.

"Well, maybe we can discuss this later, we should.. maybe go take some time off for now, eh?" Meggy suggested, SMG4's expression falls, "O-Of course..." he asked, worried maybe he didn't peak their interest, but Meggy tried to cheer him up a bit, "Don’t get me wrong! Best Idea I've heard all day! It's just.. we can't get into it right now," she sighs, a sad expression appearing on his face, SMG4 meets her expression, right.

"Yeah, we should take some time to process… we just lost our friend…" Tari says, placing a gentle hand on his shoulder. SMG4 sadly nodded, recalling the bad memory, "yeah, you're right, come on" he says, placing a hand on Tari's as she smiles and walks off, everyone leaving the area as SMG4 watches them go, before turning to the hole, he subtly walks back over to it and sighs, staring down, he could see the destruction of the castle, broken to pieces, but nothing else, most definitely, this cannot be repaired.

And a life cannot be brought back from this.

SMG4 slumps his shoulders as he pulls out a small USB from his pocket, he stares at it with tearful eyes. He did all of this, because of a perishable item that could be forgotten, this thing cost him everything, his entire home, his sanity, and even a life. He didn't want to lose the USB and have this all happen for nothing, at least that's what he was thinking at the time.

But now that the deed is done, he never regretted a decision as much as he does now. Looking down, all he could think about was SMG3, he always thought SMG3 would take his life one day, feared one of his plans would succeed and he'd kill them all.

..But the opposite happened. SMG3's blood is on his hands...

It's all his fault, he made a selfish decision that cannot be undone, he didn't tell anyone, he couldn't, sure he tried to be honest, but he couldn't bring himself to tell them the truth. How can he possibly tell them, 'hey, I have my video but I dropped our friend down and left him for dead'? They were devastated, all he told them was he didn't make it, and they were distraught, they weren't even that interested in building a castle right now, of course, he's gonna do it no matter what.

He owes them, and he owes it to SMG3.

SMG4 sniffled as he slipped the USB into his pocket again, guilt overwhelming him as he tried to breathe deeply, but it was so shaky, he fell down to his knees and whimpered, "I'm sorry" he mumbles. Some part of him hopes he is alive and maybe he could go help, but based on the castle destruction, and how deep this is, no, he was gone.

"SMG4..? Are you okay?" Meggy's voice asked gently, approaching the boy and placing a hand on his shoulder, trying to get a look at his face, but he turned away from her, "I-I'm fine-" he says in a frail whisper. Meggy's expression falls more, "Four... It wasn't your fault, things happen sometimes.." Meggy says softly, SMG4 looks at her, but he bites his lip, "I-it...it was my fault.." he whispers. Meggy sighs, "No, dude, look at the place! anyone could've--"

"HE WOULDN'T HAVE DIED IF IT WASN'T FOR ME!!!" he snapped. Meggy stepped back, his outburst caught everyone's else's attention, they turned and looked worried as SMG4 stood up, "This whole thing is my fault! ALL OF IT!" he yells. Meggy had no words, she could see the guilt in his eyes, she felt this exact thing before, she wanted to help…
