I wake up and find myself wearing the same clothes. I take off my clothes and head straight to the bathroom, I switch the shower on and I get in and bath. After a few minutes, I get out of the shower and wrap a towel around my body, and brushed my teeth. When I'm done, I head back to bedroom and took out my skin care products I then head back inside  the bathroom and apply some skin care products that I usually use. (I don't do make-up). I wear a long pink dress with my white slippers. I'm off to the kitchen and I go live in instagram while cooking pap, chakalaka and chicken. After cooking and eating, I end the live, My phone rings, I look at the callers name...it's my Mom.
I answer

Kefilwe molefe is my mother and she has 3 children, 2 daughters and 1 son.

Me: Hi mama!
Her: hello baby, o jwang?
Me: I'm good mama, and yourself?
Her: ke sharpo hle ngwanaka, ke ne kere ke go tlhole my baby
Me: I miss you more mama
Her: How is it going with the Nkosi Company thingy ?
Me: They haven't responded yet, it's been weeks yho!
Her: don't worry baby, have patience, they'll notice your hardwork .
Me: I hope so mama, bye mama, I love you, it was nice to hear from you mama!
Her: I love you too my baby.

I hang up and u get a message from Mpiloenhle.

Mpiloenhle and i's conversation:

Her: hey babes how's it going? Has the Nkosi Company responded yet?

Me: hey baby girl, I'm good, and no, they haven't responded yet!

Her: they will, sooner or later

Me: I hope so!

(I really hope so, it has always been my dream to work there)

Her: I've been trying to call Njabulo for hours but, she's not answering, she's stressing me out, please try calling her

Me: okay I will!

We stopped messaging each other and I dial Njabulo's numbers it rang fo the first time but she's didn't answer, I call her again and she answers.

ON A CALL WITH NJABULO

Me: NJABULO??

Her breathing is barely audible

I start panicking and run out of my house running bare foot, I request for an uber, and it Immediately arrives, the driver takes me to her house, I pay the driver and, run out bare foot, I knock roughly on her door but she does not respond, I open the door and the smell of gas hits my nostrils, I look for her and she's lying on the floor, I run to her and she's not moving, I check her pulse and there're working, I call an ambulance and it arrives same time, it take her to the hospital and I dial Mpiloenhle's number.
It rings and she answers.

Her: Kea?

Me: Njabulo inhaled gas, I found her lying on the floor.

Her: oh my...I'm on my way ( I can hear that she's crying)

She hangs up, after some time we finly reached the hospital and they rush her in, I was told to sit outside her room, I sit out in silence, hoping she recovers, Mpiloenhle comes and sees her through the glass on the door, she cries loudly, I move her away from the door and hug her, a tear rolls down my cheek.

Me: it's okay, she's gonna be okay. ( I hug her head again my chest, she cries until she stops, she got my dress wet with her tears)

She started having hiccups, due to the crying, I stood up and went to grab water for her, I gave her water and she drank it and left half of it, she loves Njabulo like she's her blood sister, she doesn't like seeing her in these types of situations.

Her: (sniffs) I wish it was me on that hospital bed, and not her

Me: hey, she's gonna be okay, she's strong, she fights and wins.

Her: Kea?

I look at her

Her: will she wake up?

Me: she will wake up baby, don't cry

Her: I can't lose her she's like a big sister to me and I love her

Me: she loves you too, so she's going to wake up okay!

(She keeps quiet and nods)

A few hours later, the doctor come out

Me: doctor? How is she?

Dr: she inhaled a lot of gas, luckily you called in time but now she's better, but she'll need to stay here for a few days, for her to have a better recovery.

Mpiloenhle: can we see her?

Dr: I'm sorry, but you are not allowed to see her while she's unconscious

Mpiloenhle: I understand

Dr: I'll call you when she asks about you guys.

Mpiloenhle: okay!

The door walks away. Mpiloenhle looks at my feet and looks back at me.

Her: Kea, you're not wearing shoes, are you good? ( she asks withal crusty voice)

Me: I'm fine love

Her: are you sure?

Me: yes.
.
.
4 hours passes like nothing and Njabulo is not yet awake, so I went home with Mpiloenhle, I decided to drive her car because she's not in the state to drive...I drove to my mom's house and I knock on the door.

Mom opens the door, and hugs both Mpiloenhle and me, she welcomes us in.

Mom: Kea, where are your shoes? And Mpiloenhle why do you have dry tears on your cheek?

I tell her everything that I witnessed.
