Jiara season 1 / are we still friends?

The beggining

5 years before season 1

It's been kinda a while since Kiara has move out to the outerbanks.Mostly for his father.Her parents didn't really care about what she wanted anyway.They registered her in the kook academy.She wasnt worried about what could happened.It was just a school.After school,she would go with her new friends Sarah,topper,ruthie and sarah's brother rafe.And she would see a small group of 3 boys surfing,having fun and smoking.Her friends would make fun of them and she didn't know why ?it kinda seems nice to be with them.
She looked around the beach and cross eyes with this mysterious blond guy.He makes a little smile to her and she does the same.Little did she knows that these boys would be her best friends.

3 months later

Kiara was still hungover from last night.She wasnt remembering anything,she was pretty drunk.But she didn't care she just wanted to feel accepted.

She looked around the restaurant where she just started working. The 3 boys from last Time were at a table and her friends at the other. One of the kook come close to the counter. She prepare her biggest smile.
"Hi what can I get for you ?" After this last world she's distracted from the mysterious blond boy making line behind.
"Hi beautiful" the kook said getting flirty
She smile awkwardly
"Hi what can I get you?" She said embarassed.
"An vanilla icecream please"
She nod and makes the icecream quickly.
She hear him talk far away
"You were pretty drunk last night huh?"
She finally bring the cup full of the cold desert and he smiles at her again.
"Yeah um maybe I dont know,here"
He bring a 30$ at the counter. She raised her eyebrows and whisper:
"I would've gave you more but you said no to me last night" He laugh
"Excuse me ?!" She scream.
The blond boy get out of his thought.
"Oh comon everyone wants to fuck the new girl"
She doesn't have time to react when the blond guy bring his hands to this cowards collar.
"You Watch your mouth man"
She raise her eyebrows supprised that he impose.
The kook laugh
"See ? That's exactly what I meant"
"Fuck you" she says so quickly that she even suprise herself.
The blond let go of him.
"Go ! Bow! Now! "
He point the street and the stranger laugh one last time before heading out to his friends.

Kie was shocked by the situation.How can a man be so discusting and not even feel bad ?
The pogue stranger plays in his messy hair and smile awkwardly.
"Thank you um.." Kiara says but she doesn't know his name
"JJ,um JJ maybank" he bring his hand awkwardly to her but she hand out the icecream instead.
"I'm Kiara and take this."
"Oh no its okay I-"
"Oh please you deserve it.no one ever defended me like that before even my friends" she roll her eyes and notice how blue his eyes are.
"What He said was not right.Im sorry he said that to you"
She laugh and bring a piece of her hair behind her ear.
"It's okay a knight came to rescue me"
They both laugh
"Well nice to meet you Kiara have a great day" He laugh and and lick is lips as he turn around.
"You too and thanks again"
He make a sign putting one hand in the air as he walked away.
She smile like a little kid and suddenly she forgot how awful this kook was. For now she was just remembering his ocean blue eyes.
