Dimitri noticed me, and he looked angry. He stopped pacing and stormed over to me, "Where the hell have you been? I was trying to call you all night. Why have you been ignoring my calls... and what the hell are you wearing?"

I ignored his outburst and shoved past him walking into my closet to find some clothes to change into. Oh my gosh, I totally forgot about my phone. I hope Izzy didn't try to call me. Oh no... Izzy... I hope she's okay. I can't believe I left her at the club. Dimitri's booming voice broke through my thoughts, "Elizabeth, I asked you a question. Answer me!"

I stared at him incredulously, "Excuse me? Do not talk to me that way! I'm not your daughter and I am not a child. If you must know, I went out to a club with Izzy."

Dimitri threw his hands up with frustration and walked away, "Oh great, that girl. She is a bad influence Elizabeth. You shouldn't hang around her. You'll get hurt."

If my jaw wasn't locked in anger, it would have dropped open, "Do I look like I am five years old to you Dimitri? I didn't think so. Don't talk to me like I am an infant. I am an adult and I can take care of myself and don't you dare insult my friends." I grabbed a summer dress off a hanger and stormed into my bathroom to change. After shutting the door I yelled, "I don't even want you here Dimitri... Not after what I had to see last night. You're lucky I've even put up with you this long." I pulled off the clothes Chase lent me and pulled on my dress.

After folding Chase's clothes, I opened the door to see Dimitri staring at me with a confused look on his face, "What the hell are you talking about Elizabeth?"

I rolled my eyes at him and put my hands on my hips, "Don't play stupid Dimitri. You know exactly what I am talking about."

He shook his head, "No I really don't Elizabeth."

I spun on my heel in anger and walked out of the bedroom, "I saw you with her Dimitri. I saw you with Lana and I saw you guys were all over each other..." I turned to see Dimitri had followed me but I continued, "but you know, that's not what bothered me. What really bothered me was the fact you said nothing was going on between you two. If you have a thing for her Dimitri just tell me. Do not patronize me like a child. I am a big girl. I can handle it."

Dimitri stood there in silence, staring at me while I fumed, "Elizabeth, I... you got me all wrong. What you saw was a mistake and I had nothing to do with it. Lana has always had a thing for me but I have no interest in her. I promise you. You know I would never lie to you Liz, why would I?"

I stood there, unwavering, "Then why were you guys all over each other?"

Dimitri put his hands up in a gesture of surrender, "Liz... That was all her. She tried to force herself on me. She wanted me to sleep with her but I turned her down without a second thought. You must have walked in at the wrong time."

I rolled my eyes and walked into the kitchen, suddenly having an intense burning in my throat, "That's sounds really convenient Dimitri, I just happened to walk in right at the wrong time. Why should I believe you anyway?"

He looked at me, eyes full of hurt, "Because it's the truth Elizabeth."

I closed my eyes and sighed, trying to calm myself. I didn't like the hurt sound in his voice because I knew I was the one who put it there. I sighed, "Dimitri... I'm sorry. I didn't mean to blow up on you but can you blame me? You must have some idea how horrible that was to see."

Dimitri lowered his eyes in shame, "You weren't the one it was happening to."

I looked at him for a long while, "Oh stop that Dimitri, it couldn't have been that horrible. You're playing this poor little innocent victim but it takes two to tango Dimitri and you could have stopped it before it even happened. I almost believe it was all her but this doesn't change anything Dimitri. I'm still mad at you."
