Where We Meet Once More

As Wednesday sprinted down the hall, she pulled out her phone, saw the address, and immediately called Lurch. Once inside the car, she instructed him, "We need to get to this address-now." Without hesitation, they sped off.

During the seemingly endless drive, Wednesday bounced her leg anxiously, her mind racing as she began to understand her feelings. When they finally arrived, she thanked Lurch and realized how much Enid was changing her for the better. A faint smile tugged at her lips as she ran through the woods, searching for the treehouse.

After about five minutes, Wednesday heard the soft strains of a beautiful melody drifting through the trees. With each step, her heart raced, fueled by a mix of hope and determination. This time, she wouldn't let the opportunity slip away. Finally, she reached the treehouse, its warm glow from the yellow fairy lights welcoming her into the enchanting space.

She scanned the area, but Enid was nowhere to be found. As she ascended the steps to the treehouse, Wednesday stepped into the scene and found Enid dancing gracefully, completely absorbed in the moment. In that instant, she realized she was in love.

As the music faded, Enid's movements slowed, and she quickly noticed Wednesday's presence. Her expression shifted from surprise to anger in an instant.

"Wednesday. What are you doing here? Who told you where I live? Why are you here?" Enid asked, her mind racing with questions.

"Enid... please, I just want to talk."

"About what? You've already said enough," Enid replied, crossing her arms defensively.

"Please... Clair..."

Enid's posture softened slightly, her curiosity piqued. "I'm listening."
