Sebastian and Alex trudged behind the coach, the atmosphere thick with tension. The coach continued to yell at Alex, his voice echoing in the empty hallway. "You have no idea how serious this is, Alex! Your actions will have big consequences, especially considering the state of those two students!"
Alex clenched his fists, the weight of the coach's words sinking in, but he thought that he was being unfairly blamed. They were the ones saying awful things about Levi, they deserved it. As they reached the detention room, the anger simmered just below the surface, ready to boil over again.
The coach continued to walk without looking back, his footsteps echoing in the empty corridor, leaving Alex feeling abandoned in a whirlwind of emotions. Blood rushed into his system, he was so angry that he could hardly breathe, each inhalation sharp with the taste of adrenaline. The sensation of blood still dripping from his fist was a grim reminder of the confrontation, and the ache in his teeth felt like a physical manifestation of his inner turmoil.
As the anger swirled within him, Alex felt the familiar stirrings of transformation creeping in, a sensation he had experienced before but never quite mastered. He could sense the power building inside him, threatening to break free, and the fear of losing control gnawed at the edges of his mind. What if he let the rage take over? What if he hurt someone else? The thought sent chills down his spine, he clenched his jaw, trying to suppress the overwhelming urge to lash out.
In that moment, he knew he had to find a way to channel this anger, to transform it into something that wouldn't lead him down a dark path. As Alex struggled to regain control, he glanced at Sebastian, who suddenly took hold of his arm and pulled him into the boys' changing room. The door slammed shut behind them, and in a swift motion, Sebastian pinned him against the wall. "You need to calm down!" he said firmly, his eyes wide with concern.
Instinctively, Alex pushed him away, turning to face the mirror. His reflection was a nightmare; his eyes glowed a bright red, and sharp fangs protruded from his mouth. Panic surged through him as he realized Sebastian and maybe other people had seen him like this. Desperately, he tried to hide his monstrous appearance, but Sebastian wasn't having it. He grabbed Alex's arm again and said, "I already saw you, idiot! No need to hide."
Fear gripped Alex as he faced Sebastian, unsure of how he would react to this terrifying side of him. Would he understand? Would he be scared? The uncertainty loomed over him like a dark cloud, intensifying his internal struggle.
Sebastian starts, his expression a mix of curiosity and caution. "So, when did you change?"
Alex walked trough the room and says, "I don't know what you're talking about." He just facepalmed himself internally, he saw everything of course he knew.
Sebastian continues,"You know damn well what i'm talking about. You're a vampire Alex."
Alex's eyes widened, a mix of panic and anger flooding over him. "Yeah, I'm a vampire! So what? You're going to tell everyone that you saw a monster and that everyone should hate me?"
Sebastian took a step back, raising his hands in a calming gesture. "Whoa, hold on. I'm not going to do that."
Alex's voice trembled with intensity. "Why not? You should be scared of me!"
Sebastian met his gaze steadily. "Because I'm one myself. And if I say that to everyone, I'm going to be in trouble too."
Alex's expression shifted to one of disbelief. "Wait, you mean you're like me? A vampire?"
Sebastian nodded, his gaze steady. "Yeah, I am. And also because of what you did, the hunters are going to come after you. This isn't just about you anymore."
