Chapter 10

Mr Rick house;

the gate man open the gate for aika and she drive in and pack the car and walk inside the house:

In the living room; aika sit on the couch and smile and grab remote control to change the tv channel and Fred call her name from the stairs way and run to her on the couch and hug her tight.

Aika: what are you doing here?

Fred: things didn't go how we expect it, so I'm back.

Aika: what? You mess up with that huge contract? and Fred smile and say; do I look stupid to you;  we have finish everything and aika puff.

Mrs Rick sit beside aika and say; I thought you will come back tomorrow!

Aika: I have unfinished business to take care of that is why I return back today.

Mrs Rick: did you heard from Sam and aika say  yes he will be here, first thing tomorrow morning and aika smile, and her mum say, I don't think what you say is funny! what is making you smiling like a mad woman?

Aika: nothing I have something to do upstairs and she went upstairs;

Fred: by the way; who is Sam and his mom say aika's driver and she went to kitchen and leave Fred in the living room alone;

Mr Cole house in the living room;

Livia is arranging meal on the dining table;

Mrs Cole appear on the kitchen way and ask livia; did you talk to him? and livia say: yeah he is on his way; and someone knock on the door and livia say; I will get it.

Livia open the door and say hey welcome and she hug Sam;

Sam: how are you doing? and livia say; I'm good how is your mom and Sam say she is cool;

Sam greet livia parents and they give him seat and he sit!

Minutes later

Sam and Livia family is having dinner and livia father say; what is the relationship between you and livia.

Sam smile and say; livia is a good friend to me; we are friends.

Mrs Cole: just friends, I thought you both are and Sam interrupt and say  um. we are just good friends.

Mr Cole: uhh; well thank you for helping livia and save my life. I have a little gift for you! And he handed envelope to Sam.

Sam: um, and mr cole say; please accept this from me and Sam take it and thank him.

Minutes later

Sam and Livia father sit on the couch while livia and her mother is Washing the dishes in kitchen.

Mr Cole: what do you think about my daughter?

Sam:  well! she is lovely and beautiful; and Mr Cole say; don't you want to have relationship with her.

Sam: livia is just a friend and besides I have fiance! And livia say from the kitchen door way; Sam let me drop you off;

Hours later in Sam mum's place; livia car arrive and sam get down and livia too get down from the car.

Sam: thank you for the dinner;

Livia: I should be the one thanking you; and she give Sam light hug and enter her car and drove backwards and Sam wave her byebye.

The next day

In Aika office. Aika is checking on some files and her assistant enter and say where is Sam?

Aika: he went out to buy something; why are you looking for him?  and she say I borrow his phone for something!

Aika: put it on the table and her assistant put the phone down and turn to go and aika say; do you like him?

Aika assistant: uh no I have boyfriend, he is good guy; that is why I like his company;

Aika: I see. he has girlfriend be careful don't fall for him! And message pop up on Sam phone! 📲

Aika check on the phone and say; what is wrong with this girl:

Aika reply to the message📱; morning! he is not around; he left the phone with his girlfriend.

Livia:📲 I know Sam doesn't have girlfriend; and  aika send her picture to livia and say, be careful he is mine! And Sam enter;

Sam: I'm sorry for delaying. and aika move close to Sam and wrap her arms around Sam neck and kiss him passionately and Sam respond to the kiss; just when two of them are in the mood  kissing each other deep and aika assistant open the door and enter;

Aika assistant: sorry ma'am and she turn to go out and Sam grab his phone and run outside while smiling!

Aika: please what is it: and her assistant say; um; I saw this in the files you give to me yesterday and she hand it to aika.

Livia office

Livia friend appear on the door way while livia is busy taping on her computer and her friend sit on the chair!

Livia: what brought you here?

Livia friend: I didn't hear anything from you; and livia say; look for another boy Sam has girlfriend

Livia friend: do you like him? And Livia say; you know I have boyfriend so why would I like him.

Livia friend: then give his contact to me and livia write Sam contact down for her friend.

Mr Rick house;

Mrs Rick phone ring and she answer the call; seconds later and Mrs Rick say; please take care of yourself over there and she hang up the call;

Mrs Rick sit on the couch and say to her husband; aika and Sam will not come home today; aika have business meeting tomorrow in Kumasi; they will sleep over there tonight for the meeting tomorrow
