"We are all born beautiful, the greatest tradgedy is that she was convinced she wasn't. But she was the type of person that would stop walking through the cold to offer others kindness. The type of person who would show compassion even to those who slandered her name. Truthfully i can't present you a bad word for her, not a time in my life have i ever found her to be dishonest or disagreeable. She radiated warmth and love, both inner beauty and outer.. but behind her smile there was a hurting heart and unbeknowst to us all, she was falling apart. She was fading away slowly and regrettably, I didn't notice. That alone shows the strength and determination that filled her thoughts with each day that led up to this moment, because for so long she walked on the verge of breaking down but she continued on for us. The only regret i feel surrounding our sweet girl was that I couldn't take away the pain that tortured her before she took her own life. And now, as she is finally laid to rest, I am comforted by the knowledge that she might finally find peace again"

Mattheo Riddle had never displayed such a fond thought than on the day he delivered a speech at Sienna Black's funeral. An isolated tear slipped from his glassy eyes as he folded the piece of parchment between his fingertips and placed the keepsake inside his suit pocket. Guests of the service had began abandoning their seats, making their way over in groups to ambush Sienna's parents. Stricken with grief, Remus Lupin-Black leant on his husband for support as his face continued to flood with tears- Sirius Black sported swollen eyes and reddened cheeks as he accepted condolences for the loss of their only daughter. Mattheo wiped away the escaped tear as he watched each interaction carefully, looking out for signs that the couple were becoming too overwhelmed with the events of the day. Sienna would have wanted them to be watched over.

Sirius finally managed to politely excuse himself away from the group of grievers sharing their memories of Sienna, "Mattheo I would just like to thank you for taking the time to put together this beautiful ceremony. We truly couldn't have hoped for a better send off for our littlr girl, nor could we have ever gotten through this difficult series of events without the support you continue to offer us. I know in my heart that she was never happier than when you were near, and I will forever be grateful to you for showing her the love that she deserved. And, Mattheo, I am sorry for your loss."

"My loss?" Mattheo responded, confused. Before him stood a man that was tortured everyday by the pain of knowing his precious girl was struggling beyond compare, that she felt she had nowhere else to turn to but death himself.

"Yes. Remus and I may have lost our little girl, but you? You lost the love of your young life. No pain can compare to such a feeling of lonliness without the one you truly love."
