A/N: 1# As I type this I realized that the chapter was shorter typed out than on paper.
2# writing the chapter is the book is actually pretty amazing and I was able to write more than I thought.
3# I will be publishing chapters as I type them out. (Note: I'm at work so I will type as many as I can during my free time.)
(Stella's POV)
"Fae?" I asked.
"Yes, like the nine tails, we are an Ancient Species of beastmen." Finley explained.
'So His race is part of the Mystic Beasts' I thought.
"Are the Mermen part of the Ancient Species of beastmen?" I asked.
"No, my love they are considered as ordinary beastmen." Oliver spoke up.
"I'm honored you would think that though." Charlie said.
I chuckled at Charlies childish Demeter. It was sweet like a innocent child and not a bratty one, like I have encountered in the past. I found it interesting that mermen were considered mythical like the nine tails and fae.
" Oliver, Though I don't mind them being my guards. I'm sure the others may have a problem with it." I said.
I knew that having any males especially unmating males around me going to be an issues.
"we talked and agreed it was for your safety." Thea said. "...But that doesn't excuse what happened early." Theo glared at Finley.
"My species is attract to sexual arousal or more specifically the essence of living beings. We gain strength from it. I might not have been apart of your little private, moment but just being in the room briefly. It gave me a small boost in strength but not much." Finley explained.
'Interesting' I thought,
"It was also alluring. I have never seen a female pleasure a male in that way. Usually it's plain mating." He continued.
