Louis and his other friends arrived 20 minutes later, all puffed out and exhausted after having to run a good mile up the hill and around to the bridge.

I think as soon as they saw Harry, they realised how serious the situation was and with Liam carrying him, Louis and I were at the back.

"And h-he was just, going to j-jump?" He stuttered, shocked. I nodded my head, taking a deep breathe and looking down. I looked back up to Zayn's arm around Niall who was just in front of Louis and I, he looked like the innocent type who was having a few difficulties.

"Louis, I'm so sorry," I didn't have anything else to say. The fact that his band mate, his best friend, his brother was about to die was heart breaking and I didn't even know them.

"It's not your fault, thank you so much..." He looked up to me then straight back down. "I don't even know your name,"

"Louis, it's okay, my name is Payton Maxx,"

"Payton, a mix of Payne, Tomlinson and Horan," I looked back at him, smiling a little bit.

"I guess so,"

"It's a beautiful name, it suits you," I fake smiled at him. I wasn't anywhere near that word. Nothing about me was beautiful. I thought past it. Looking down, I tried to avoid conversation on that topic.

We arrived at a black van quite quickly. Liam placing Harry in the back with Zayn and Niall filing in straight after, leaving Louis and I standing outside.

"Where do you live?" He asked and I looked up to him. I couldn't tell him where I lived.

"Um, just on the other side,"

"Would you like a ride home?" He offered, but I declined. If he saw where I lived, he would laugh in my face and drive away. "Please, let me do something for you? It will start raining soon and it is a long way back to your house, I don't want you in the woods alone either,"

"Please, I will be fine, I was alone before you came anyway," I stated, looking at my pale fingers.

"What were you even doing in there, its not normal or safe for a girl, your age to be in there by yourself, either you tell me where you live or you can come with us and crash at mine until the morning where you can take a cab home and i'll know you will be safe,"

"Please, you don't have to do anything,"

"You stopped my best friend from dying, I am pretty sure I owe you everything,"

"You honestly don't,"

"Louis, I think it is best if we get going," Liam intervened and I nodded agreeing with him. "Sorry, I haven't spoken to you yet, whats your name love?"

"Payton," I mumbled, looking just past him to the van that occupied the remainder of the band.

"Thank you Payton, for everything,"

"It is okay, now you guys best be going," I gave them a small, sincere smile before turning around and I began to head back to the entrance, only being stopped.

"You are bleeding," The familiar voice of Louis Tomlinson said, his arm pulling me back and twisting me back around. I forgot about the rough impact I received when I pulled Harry back from the rail.

"It looks really bad as well! How did you get this?" Liam asked, walking around to my back and starring at the wound on the back of my head. I shrugged, not making eye contact with Louis.

"I fell back when I," I paused for a slight moment, not wanting to re see what just happened, " When I pulled him back and I hit my head pretty badly against the ground,"

"I think we need to get this checked out,"

"No!" I almost screamed, stepping away from the two boys and so Liam was facing me again. "No," I repeated more quieter. I could not go to the doctors and have them reveal my past.

"Why not! It looks really bad and you could be suffering from minor concussion," Louis argued, starring me down.

"I don't think I have minor concussion, I know their side affects,"

"It looks really bad Payton. I am not letting you go home and risk having your parents get mad or worried. Either we take you to the doctors or we can take you back to Louis where his neighbor is a nurse,"

"Guys, thank you for caring, but honestly, I am fine. However, Harry is not and you guys need to make sure he is your number one priority right now!" I argued, fully defensive now.

"He is, but we need to make sure you are safe! I will force you into the car myself Payton. You may be fine now but what if you get half way through the bush and collapse?" Liam questioned. I sighed, knowing they weren't stopping without a fight.

"Fine! But no Doctors, your neighbor can just make sure it is fine and then I can take my own cab home and you guys can make sure Harry is your number one priority, alright?"

They both sent me big smiles, Louis took my hand and directed me to the front seat whilst Liam got in the back.

"Niall and Zayn, this is Payton, we are just going to get Olivia to check out her head," Liam said, introducing me to the two boys.

"Hello," I quietly said, looking at the two boys who were still looking quite upset and confused. They both gave me tired, small smiles and mumbled back a small hello too.

The ride home was quite long, Louis telling me that he lived on the opposite side of town but when I had called him he was quite near as he was with Niall and Liam trying to figure out where Harry was and they only had to pick up Zayn who was quite near with his girlfriend, who were also both phoning around for Harry.

I could notice Louis still wasn't in the right head space and I had to tell him numerous times to stop at the red lights. Finally, we safely reached his apartment, luckily there was no fans or paparazzi crowding the area, which according to Louis, was usually always there.

It only took a few minutes to get to his apartment on the 7th floor and I was purely amazed by the beautiful building, even the elevator was elegant and rich looking.

"Olivia will be over in a minute," Zayn announced, walking back into the massive apartment. Louis had prepared the spare room for Harry again and Liam and Niall were watching Harry while Zayn, Louis and I were in his living room.

"Payton..." Zayn started, sitting opposite me in a black leather couch. "Thank you,"

"It wasn't me," I mumbled, not liking the attention. I was never one for the centre of attention.

"No it was you, without you i would know if Harry was safe or if he was not. We all know now that we have to help him and we can't let him push us away. He could be," He stopped for a moment, tears beginning to pour from his eyes and he chocked his words. "Dead,"

He said no more, and the room became silent. I did what I haven't done in a long while. And if it wasn't for this situation, I wouldn't have done it. But these boys need as much support and positivity they can in order for me to help them. So I embraced him in a hug, pulling Louis in one too.

"It's okay, you know I believe in you boys. I don't know you at all, none of you but I can tell you care for each other so much and I know Harry will get better in time, because of you guys. He needs you guys so much right now, and I know you will be there for him. All I can say is to be strong, it's going to be a long ride, but I believe you all can make this and come out stronger than ever," I told them, trying to find the best words to support them.

Because this was just the beginning to a long roller coaster ride.
