"Hey baby Rin, your glowing in the sunlight king." My eyes slowly pried open to see, Zane? What the fuck?

A loud and very unamused groan came from me as I was attempting to block out Zane's strange and slightly, no not slightly, very homosexual one could say behaviour.

"You're a freak. You're the one thing I was glad to leave behind when I moved."

"Only a freak for you 'Taro, and what is that supposed to mean? You missed my sister and love her but not me?"

"No I didn't miss you, leave me alone."

"Freaking knew it!" I turned my head looking at him with question.

"You got a fat dookie crush on Y/n! 'Taro and Y/n sittin' in a tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G, first com-"

"Ok that's enough! Where's my shirt?" I sat up out of bed rubbing my eyes slightly.

"Oh you know, you took it off since heh, things got pretty heated between us last night."

We both sat staring at each other in silence, the hot summer air flowing along with the cool air conditioning.

"I'm leaving, I can't stand this gay stuff anymore it's freaking me out!" I grabbed my phone which was sat in the bedside table on 'my side' of the room and made my way towards and out of the door whilst rubbing my hand over my eyes to try and clear them.

"Oh.. where you going to..?" I looked towards Y/n who was stood directly in front of me pointing at the bathroom.

"Huh? Oh no no you can." I shook my head stepping to the side to let her pass.

I waited for her to walk into the bathroom while we just stood at each other for a bit. 'This is so awkward'

"Sooo, how's Hyogo?"

"Good, some guys on my volleyball team are kinda annoying to be honest. How's Tokyo?" I answered rubbing the back of my neck slightly.

"The same." Y/n slightly rocked back and forth on her feet before speaking up again.

"This is so awkward." She let out a small giggle towards the end of her sentence, god her smile was contagious. A small smirk crossed my lip as a too chuckled lightly at the lifted atmosphere between us.

I missed this, I missed us.

"Oh come on Y/n pleaseeee!!" Rina's begs from outside could be heard miles away from how loud she was.

"Just for a bit please please please!"

"Maybe later Rina I just don't feel like going for a swim right now, I promise I will
sometime these holidays."

"Ughhh you're being a poopie pants! Are You scared of the water or something?" Rina was practically rolling on the floor from disappointment.

"I just don't feel like it ok? I will later though I pinky promise."

"Is it because you wanna have alone time with 'Taro? Cause you wanna give him a fat," She started making loud fake kissing sounds, throwing herself into my arms.

"Stop being irritating, if you're going to act like that go hangout with Zane."

Rina groaned clearly upset by the previous statement, pulling her body out of my arms dragging her feet along the concrete pavers that lined the outdoor area surrounding the pool.
