Shirou POV
I opened the fridge, scanning for ingredients there was some tofu, a bit of beef, and a few vegetables simple enough looks like I'd be making some stir-fry was the knowledge my brain came up with.
Starting with the vegetables I peeled and sliced the onion the blade moving smoothly through each layer as I cut it into thin strips. My hands moved automatically slicing each carrot and onion into smaller pieces, dicing the bell peppers, and trimming the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
Next, I prepped the tofu patting it dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture then cutting it into even cubes. Setting it aside I turned to the beef slicing it thinly across the grain to keep it tender.
With everything ready I heated a wok over medium-high heat waiting until a drop of water sizzled and evaporated on contact.
