Author's Note: (Here's the second Gravity Falls story I talked about last chapter! I hope you enjoy and have a fantastic time reading!)

I waited amongst the flowers, and I walked along the beach. I stared up at the stars as the sun went down, waiting for you to come to me. Society turned away from us, we promised to sail the seas, and I swore I'd never leave your side, just as you did to me.

I swear, I swear, I'll bring you back from the world that you had entered. By my hands alone did you enter that place, isolated with nowhere to go.

Society is blinding, our hearts dividing, but our minds are a place of infinite power. So while we thought about how things would go in the future, I swore I'd save you from the fate you got. So I waited and waited for the right time to come, where I could save you from the place of where you had not come.

Society turned a blind eye to the weirdness, and I tried to do it too. For their sakes. For the children, oh the poor children. However what they saw was a liar and a conman in me.

Oh brother, save and have mercy on me. Look I know that we don't really get along, and I know I made a mistake. I know I cost you what you wanted, and I don't give what I take.

I betrayed all of your trust, I should have listened while I could. Maybe if I had, I could have kept you from where I stood. I know my attempts are futile, but I just can't stand the pain. This hell that I have caused, I know my efforts are in vain.

You were the worst thing that happened, you caused me the most pain, but I won't let you go cause I love you anyway.

Society turned a blind eye to all the weirdness that exists, it's right there in our lives so don't you tell me it's a script. I told you not to leave me, yet I'm the one that made the move. I pushed you through the portal, I had nothing left to prove.

That burn mark still remains from the night you called me there. No words were to be spoken, there was nothing left to share. I saw the terror in your eyes, and the way you held yourself. My regret still remains, and I'll never forgive myself.
