It was an ordinary day, or at least that's what JuKyung tried to tell herself as she walked through the school corridors. It had been a strange week since that outing with SeoJun. Something had changed since then, although she couldn't quite pinpoint what it was. Sometimes, when she saw him, her heart raced, but not in the same way it did when she thought of SuHo. SeoJun was unpredictable, and although there was something about his personality that attracted her, it also stirred a kind of unease within her that she didn't know how to handle.

When she arrived at her classroom, JuKyung was surprised to find SeoJun casually leaning against the wall, waiting for her with that playful smile she was beginning to recognise well.

"Hello, princess," said SeoJun, his deep voice always tinged with a teasing tone.

JuKyung blushed slightly, uncomfortable with the way he always called her, but she couldn't help returning his shy smile.

"What are you doing here?" she asked, trying to sound nonchalant. SeoJun shrugged, his eyes sparkling with amusement.

"I just wanted to see if you needed company today." JuKyung glanced at him sideways, aware that there was more behind that offer. Since that motorcycle ride, SeoJun had become more present, more... insistent. She couldn't deny that she enjoyed his company at times, but there was something about his behaviour that made her hesitate. And then there were SuHo's warnings, still resonating in her mind.

"I'm not sure," she replied, trying to maintain emotional distance. "I have plans later."

"Plans?" SeoJun raised an eyebrow, pretending to be surprised. "With whom? With SuHo?" JuKyung noticed the slight hint of provocation in his voice but decided not to take the bait. "No, with SuJin," she replied casually, causing SeoJun's smile to fade for a moment.

"Ah, SuJin," murmured SeoJun, not bothering to conceal his disdain. "And what are you going to do with her?"

"Just study," JuKyung responded, although she could feel the shift in the atmosphere. SeoJun was looking at her in a way that made her feel as if she were on a battlefield, although she didn't understand why.

"How boring," SeoJun finally said, his smile returning, although this time it seemed a bit forced. "But well, I hope you enjoy it." Before JuKyung could respond, he leaned in slightly, getting close enough for her to feel his breath near her neck. JuKyung's heart raced as he pulled away, leaving her confused and a bit anxious. She didn't understand what SeoJun really wanted from her, but there was something in his behaviour that made her feel trapped, as if she were falling into a game she didn't know how to play.

Meanwhile, SuHo watched everything from a distance, his gaze fixed on SeoJun and JuKyung. From the very beginning, he had felt a sort of discomfort seeing SeoJun get so close to her. He knew that SeoJun didn't have the best intentions; his friend had always been someone who enjoyed playing with others' feelings. But what troubled him most was the growing sensation inside him, a kind of jealousy he didn't know how to process.

"Why does it bother me so much?" he asked himself as he walked towards the library. It wasn't that he was in love with JuKyung... or was he? SuHo shook his head, trying to clear those thoughts. It couldn't be that. He just didn't like seeing someone like SeoJun taking advantage of a girl like JuKyung, someone so innocent and genuine. That was the real issue, he told himself.

But the more he tried to convince himself that it wasn't due to romantic jealousy, the harder it became to ignore the knot in his stomach every time he saw them together.

On the other hand, SeoJun was beginning to feel strange. At first, getting close to JuKyung had been just a game, a way to annoy SuHo and see how he would react. He had always enjoyed those little confrontations, seeing how he could bring out the worst in SuHo with the least provocation. But now, after spending more time with JuKyung, things didn't seem so simple.
