Chapter 13

After Tsukasa's explanation of love and how Ikuto was scarred in the past my tears had stopped. I never knew Ikuto to be that way. Around me he was perverted but he showed good intention behind his actions. He never left me crying alone. He always made sure to fix things between us. Maybe I'm being self centered. I wasn't helping him the way he was helping me. I never even bothered to know things about him. I'm a terrible person. A new wave of tears come and I wail out. "I never knew!! I want to help Ikuto too!!" I cry out. Tsukasa stays silent. "Then go tell him, my dear." He whispered after awhile. I pull back and look at him. "You think I should really tell him?!" I ask shocked. He nods and smiles. "Hurry up! Before your rival wins!" He cheers. I smile and stand up. "Yes!" I shout triumphantly as I punch my fist into the air above my head in a victory sort of way. "What are you two doing?" A familiar voice comes behind me. My stomach drops and my courage vanishes. I spin around to face Ikuto only to see Saaya with him. "Ew! You smeared your make up!" She says disgusted with me. My heart shatters again. Ikuto must have already gotten over me! I mean he's letting Saaya cling to him like that! Tsukasa speaks up. "Oh dear... I came at bad time... Don't forget what I told you Amu!" He stated. I turn to him and he winks and smiles before quickly leaving the room.  I sweat dropped. I've just been abandoned! The coward! That's the last time I take advice from him!!! I glare after him. "Excuse me but your sort of in the way." Ikuto said coldly. He truly hates me? "S-sorry!" I zoom out of the way and let them pass. Ikuto goes to his bed and puts Saaya down it before going over to his dresser and pulling out a shirt. He takes off his shirt and Saaya glares at me. "hey you!" she shouts at me. I look over at her. "quit staring at my boyfriend!!" My eyes widen. He was seriously they're dating? Does he seriously hate me that much!? My heart was throbbing loudly and tears welded up on my hot face. I clenched my hands into fists and squeezed my eyes shut. "Are you stupid or dumb?! You can't just do that in front of me! I hate you!!" I scream before opening my eyes and running out of the room. I run as fast as I could all the way to Miki's dorm. I knock loudly and hear a but of shuffling before Yoru answers the door. "Oh! Amu!?" I wipe my eyes and blush. "Oh I'm sorry I thought Miki would be alone..." I mumble before dashing off. I run and run and run and before I know it I'm in some ally. I had no idea where I was or how long I'd been running but at least I was alone! I slumped against side of the building in the ally way and grabbed my hair with my hands, tanning in it to stop my loud sobs. It hurt! He was going out with Saaya right in front of me! He told me he loved me but then goes and starts acting like this!? I hate him! I hate all men! They just play you to get what they want and if they can't get it they drop you! Hot tears were streaming down my face nonstop. It hurts! This pain it hurts so much. I grip my stomach and lean forward, crying out loudly as more pain surged through me. I really believe he would love me! After everything! "Amu?" A familiar voice asks. My eyes widen making more tears spill out. I look over at the small frame of a girl. "Ami!" I say shocked. She had tears streaming down her face and she ran up to me, hugging me tightly. "Are you okay?! You look really hurt!!!" She gushed over me. I shook my head, wiping away the tears. "I'm okay... How come your outside by yourself?" I asked. She bite her lips and squirmed around a bit. This put me on alarm and I held her shoulders. "Ami!?" I warned. She sighed. "I ran away from home cause I missed you and you hadn't come to visit or even call us!" She wailed. My eyes widened and I hugged her. "I'm so sorry Ami! I promise I won't do that again!" I stated. She nodded and hugged me back. "So how come your out here?" She asked. I shook my head and smiled sadly. "Never mind that, lets get you back home!" I said as I stood up, picking Ami up and putting her legs around my waist. "Will you come home soon?" She asked. I sighed. "I don't know... Let's talk  more at home." I said. She pouted but nodded. Once we got home my mama was really shocked but she greeted me. "Where's papa??" I asked. She was cooking diner but answered me. "He's still at work, how come your home Amu? I see you found Ami." I smiled and nodded as i set her down, she ran off giggling. "Its after school so I thought I'd come visit. Its a good thing I did because I found Ami!!" I said happily staring at her as she played with her dolls. Mama nodded. "Are you staying for dinner?" She asked. I sighed. "Yeah..." Actually I don't know... That party was tonight and I wanted go but then everything with Ikuto made my stomach hurt and I felt sick. Maybe I should just stay home, I didn't have a way back anyways I had run here. That must mean I ran for a long time!! Suddenly mama came over to and out a hand on my shoulder. "Did something happen at school?" I couldn't help it! As soon as I looked into her eyes I broke. Tears poured out and I collapsed to the floor. "Mama its not fair! Why are all men like this!!?" I wailed. She hugged me and tried to calm me. "Oh honey! It's okay! Tell mama everything!!" She said. I hugged and shook harder as the story of me and Ikuto came out once again. Once I finished she studied my face for a second before sighing. "Looks like he thought you rejected him so he tried to get over you... I say you doll yourself up and go get him back!!" She encouraged me. "But mom! He doesn't love me anymore!" I yelled. She shook her head. "Nobody forgets true love." She whispers before getting up. She then goes back to cooking. I sat there, my eyes widened to the size of saucers. Nobody forgets true love?? Ikuto! I'm so sorry! I wasn't going to reject you! I was scared and nervous! I have to tell him these things!! I stand up and rush over to mama. "I need a dress!" She immediately turned around and smiled. "I knew you'd go!" She squealed before running up to her room. She searched and searched and finally we found the perfect dress. It was midnight blue like Ikuto's hair and had jewels and sparkles every where on it. It was short in the front but long in the back. It was also strapless so I kept having to pull it up. Next she curled my hair and put on some diamond earrings. Next I put on some black flats and a silver necklace with a silver key hung on it. I thanked mama and then dashed out toward the train station. Ikuto! I'm coming just please be there!! Don't let go of our love! I'm coming please wait! Ikuto!!
