Branch turns his head in the direction of the noise
It's Creek, he's waking up
Branch angrily stomps over to him and grabs him by the arm
without a second to spare he throws Creek over his shoulder, onto the ground
Branch then jumps in top of Creek and begins punching him in the face
Creek throws Branch off of him
Still on the ground, Creek backs up in a hurry
After Creek takes a few shuffles back, Branch grabs him by the neck with his hair and starts to choke him
Creek struggles trying to pull on Branch hair, he tries to rip Branch's hair, but it doesn't budge
This all happens within a few seconds
Minutes later, Creek passes out
With Creek passed out, Branch then throws Creek against the stone wall
Seconds go by
Silence fills the room, only breaking with Branch's heavy breathing
Standing in the middle of the room, Branch's head slowly turns to look at Poppy and Daisy on the ground, then turns his head to look at Creek in the corner, on the ground.
Branch looks back at Poppy and Daisy, then Back at Creek, Back at Daisy then back at Creek.
He stays staring at Creek, looking at him for what feels like forever
Branch's right eye begins to twitch
Seconds later, Branch begins to quietly chuckle at Creek.
Then he gets a little louder, a little louder, a little louder
20 years later
*knock knock*
Branch opens his front door
"Hey Branch! What's up!" Viva excitedly says
"Nothing much, how about you?" Branch says in a monotone groggy voice
"Oh I'm good! I got this present!" Viva says holding out the wrapped present in her hands
"What is this for?" Branch asks suspiciously
"Don't you remember? Daisy's birthday!" Viva says, smiling
"Oh yeah, yeah, you're right. Sorry, the time has gotten to me, it's been a while." Branch says once more in a monotone voice
"After all these years, you still remember?" Branch asks
"Yes!" Viva happily says
"Well, thank you so much" Branch says in a less monotone voice
Branch reluctantly takes the wrapped present from Viva's hands
Viva: "So I was wondering-"
Branch closes the door in Viva's face
Bewildered, Viva knocks on the door
She thinks maybe Branch didn't mean to do that.
A few seconds go by
Viva knocks again
A few seconds..
Nothing.
Viva is beginning to get worried for Branch, he's been cooped up in this house since... the incident..
Viva tries the door handle
The door opens..
Viva peaks her head inside
"B- Branch?" Viva questioningly calls out
All Viva hears is the sound of her voice echoing off the walls
Viva opens the door all the way and steps in
"Branch!" Viva calls out louder
Wandering around the house, Viva checks room to room, yet she can't find Branch.
"This is the last room, he has to be in here" Viva thinks to herself
She peaks in
"Branch?" She calls out once more
Yet that room is as empty as the last and as the last and as the last
"Where is he!?" Viva angrily says to herself
"On Daisy's birthday too!?" She mumbles
Viva opens the front door and begins to walk out
Then a blood curdling scream catches Viva off guard
Terrified, Viva turns around..
She hears it again
Viva can't move, she's so terrified
A full minute goes by as she stands there listing to the horror that's going down..
Then silence..
Viva peaks her head into the door and looks in the direction of the noise...
It was coming from the basement..
Viva, utterly terrified of the sounds she just heard, she works up the courage to walk up to the door
Hesitantly placing her hand on the doorknob
She turns it
Viva creeks open the door
It's a basement..
Viva begins her journey down the stairs, with every other step creaking.
She reaches the bottom after a few minutes
Yet, she's in another room. This room has another door in the center at the back.
Placing her hand on the knock, Viva hesitates to open the door, since this room is in a very creepy looking basement
Viva's heart drops as she hears a blood curdling scream smoke from the other side of the door. Anxious to find out what's happening on the other side
She whips open the door
She spots a older looking troll about her age on a very big machine And she sees the most horrific, spine chilling, scene ever...
*Machine powering*
"AHHHH!!"
*Machine powering down*
*heavy breathing ensues*
"Please! I can't do this any longer! Please! Just end me!"
"YOU'LL PAY FOR WHAT YOU DID!" Branch angrily shouts on the top of his lungs
*the machine powers up again*
"AHHHH!!"
*the machine powering down*
*heavy breathing ensues once more*
"Please Branch! I learned my lesson! It's been 20 years!" He shouts
*Branch steps up to him and gets in his face*
"You ruined my life.... YOU TOOK MY LIFE!" Branch shouts
"I've been down here for 20 years, please just kill me!!" He shouts back
"You shouldn't have done what you did! Now you get to spend an eternity here, Creek! You used my family for your 'infinite power'. Now look at you, your own invention being used against you."
