Melody had been very excited for breakfast with the bengals quarterback.
She decided it would be her last day in Ohio, and that she'd take a flight to Vegas after.
'Always moving, always keeping busy' was something she considered getting tattooed.
"Hi mommy." She said while she put on her clothes.
"Hi sweetheart, I went by your place to drop off some beach cake, you aren't home?"
"Oh. Yeah I forgot to tell you i guess, I'm in Cincinnati."
But at that moment she wished she wasn't, because she loved beach cake.
She heard her mother sigh, "please don't tell me you're having a mental breakdown and choosing to live in a random city again."
"Please relax. I'm fine, this place is boring, I'm leaving tonight, going to go visit Mariana."
"Remember Providence? Three weeks in Rhode Island because of that coffee shop."
Melody laughed, "and I would do it again."
"Just be back before Halloween."
Her phone chimed and she read that Joe was down stairs.
She put on her sunglasses, said goodbye to her mom and headed down.
"Hi."
"Hey," he began to say, "you look... nice."
"You say that like it hurts."
