[Mario X Meggy in The Forbidden Maze]
Chapter 1, House Tour
After Mario and Meggy confessed their feelings and had been boyfriend and girlfriend for three months, they went and looked for open houses to find a perfect house for them to live together.
Meggy: This has been quite a house tour adventure, huh Red?
Mario: Yeah, it has been, looking for a house for the both of us to live together.
Meggy: Yeah *blushing*
Meggy looks at Mario.
Meggy: I never felt so lucky that I have you.
Mario: Well, I feel lucky that I fell in love with a really cute inkling girl like you.
Meggy: Aw Red, stop it.
As they walked around the neighborhood, Meggy spotted a house that she thinks looks perfect.
Meggy: Oh Hey, what about that one?
Meggy points at the house that she was looking at.
Mario: Hmm, Yeah, we can check it out.
They both walked down the street where they found the person who was selling the house.
Wild Marker: Why, Hello sir and madam, are you two looking for a house?
Meggy: Yes we are.
Wild Marker: Well you're in luck because I have this lovely two-story house just for you.
Meggy: It looks beautiful, what do you think, Mario?
Mario: It does look good, can we see the interior?
Wild Marker: Sure
Wild Marker took Mario and Meggy inside the house and showed them around. He showed them the wide space living room, the kitchen, in the dining room on the lower floor.
Wild Marker: Now let me show you the top floor.
He took them up to the top floor to show the bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets.
Wild Marker: We have two bedrooms, in case you two end up having "kids."
Meggy: *blushing* Oh, we...... uh, haven't thought of having kids............ yet.
Wild Marker: *chuckles*Just saying, you'll never know... anyway, I believe that everything I can show you.
As Meggy and Wild Maker were in a conversation, Mario noticed a poster of Wild Card in the bedroom.
Mario: Excuse me, what is that poster in the bedroom?
Wild Maker: Oh, that? That's a poster of our Lord and Savior, Wild Card.
Mario and Meggy look at each other in confusion.
Meggy: Wild Card? Like from the game, Uno?
Wild Maker: Well yeah, but he's different. he is a god and I pray to him almost every night, and he's my favorite god out there.
Mario:
Meggy: So, what happens if you don't......
Wild Marker: DO NOT SAY THAT YOU HATE HIM IN FRONT OF THE POSTER!!!
Mario and Meggy hold each other from getting scared of Wild Marker who yelling at them.
Meggy: um... was that necessary to yell at us like that?
Wild Marker: Uh no, I'm sorry. How about we go outside and talk about the price?
Meggy: Alright...... you coming, Red?
Mario: Yeah, I'll be there.
Meggy: Ok
Mario walks back into the bedroom where he stands, in front of the poster, and stares at it.
Meanwhile, Meggy and Wild Marker were talking around while waiting for Mario.
Wild Marker: I thought you were the Meggy Spletzer, I have heard a lot about you, how you won Splatfest, and your boyfriend somehow survive?
Meggy: Yeah, it was something.
Wild Marker: So, how did he survive?
Meggy: Well.........
All of a sudden bright red light came out of the window and got worried Wild Marker.
Wild Marker: Oh No!
Meggy: Mario?!?!
They both went upstairs fast, but when I got there, Mario was nowhere to be found.
Meggy: Mario? Mario, where are you?
Wild Marker: No, no, no, no, no, no why would he say it?!
Meggy: Say what?
Wild Marker: Say that "he hates him", I told you all not to say it, but he did it anyways, and now he's been taken!
Meggy: By him?
Wild Marker: Yes, he took him to his Realm, it's unknown where, but it said that he will punish those who insult him.
Meggy: And... how does punish them?
Wild Marker: I don't know, all I know is to pray to him and he will accept it if is good enough.
Meggy: Are you saying that you know your "lord and savior, Wild Card" by praying to him? And you don't know what good deeds he does, AND HOW HE PUNISH THEM?!?!
Wild Marker: OK, OK look, I've been trying to sell this house for years and every single person who ever gets this house either decides not to buy it or gets trapped in his realm. And all I know is not to say that you hate him. That's all I know, please.
Meggy looks back at the poster and she starts to wonder if Wild Card saying that he's a god, is fake.
Meggy: "I don't think this Wild Card is a god." I gotta get in there.
Wild Marker: But, no one ever gets out of his realm.
Meggy: I don't care, if my boyfriend gets stuck in there then so do I. I'm going after him.
Wild Marker was gonna try to stop her, but he decided to let her go. Meggy stands in front of the poster. She gets nervous at first but takes a deep breath and shouts the quote.
Meggy: I HATE WILD CARD!!!
At first, nothing happened for 10 seconds, until the poster started to glow bright red, and then a portal opened on the poster and started pulling Meggy in, the portal then closed.
Wild Marker: I hope they make it out alive.
