Halloween

The night HE came home!

Izuku always had a fondness for Halloween. He loved dressing up as All Might every year. He loved making friends with other people who dressed up as his favorite heroes.

But ever since his 5th halloween, Bakugo's bullying had started to become worse and worse. And it wasn't just from him either. It was also from every one who knew his dream.

Every time he would tell someone he wanted to be a hero, they either laughed at him or they would get insanely angry. Some would even push him or beat him up.

Slowly, but surely, Izuku's sanity slowly started to slip away. He began to talk less and less. Until one day he said his last word. "Kacchan" and never spoke again. No matter how hard his mother tried, he refused to speak.

He felt like by speaking and people finding out what kind of person he is, or the kind of dream he had, that he would be hated for it. Shunned. So, he never spoke another word.

And on October 31st, when he was just six years old, he stabbed 6 of Bakugo's friends before he was caught. That would be a night Bakugo would remember forever.

Not much time later, Izuku was sent to a mental institute, where they would try to rehabilitate him back to sanity.

"Deku... I'm sorry..." Bakugo mumbled.

Inko was broken and crying, begging the officers not to take him away as they loaded Izuku onto truck.

"Please don't take my baby!" She begged.

"I'm sorry ma'am. It has to be done. We promise he will get better." The officer said as he chained up Izuku in the truck, closed the door, and drove off.

"IZUKU!!"

10 years later.

It was a few months in to class 1-A's year at UA. Bakugo never wanted to celebrate Halloween again after that night. He changed his ways to being nicer. Still angry, but he wasn't mean to anyone to had a weak quirk. He didn't want the same repeat of what happened to his former friend.

Class 1-A were in the dorm living room discussing what there were gonna wear for the Halloween party UA was hosting the next day.

"You Bakugo, you gonna be coming to the Halloween party tomorrow?" Kirishima asked him.

"No. I hate halloween." He responded.

"Aw cmon man! It'll be fun. Well get to dress up, play games, eat candy" Kaminari said.

"Maybe see the ladies in some sexy costumes~" Mineta said before getting slapped by Tsu.

"Yeah we can even throw toilet paper at 1-B's dorms!" Mina said.

"Just drop it. I'm not going." Bakugo said.

"Cmon dude! You just gotta-"

"I SAID DROP IT!!" Bakugo yelled before stomping off to his room.

"The hells wrong with him? Does he have a problem with Halloween?" Sero asked.

"I don't know, but I feel like we should respect our classmates decisions. I have no plans to go to the halloween party either." Iida said.

"Me neither. I'll just be studying." Momo said.

"You guys are no fun at all!" Mina said.

Bakugo made his way to his room and slammed the door shut. He then slide down against the wall and started crying.
