I lowered the tv volume and walked towards the door.

- "hey, what are you doing here so late?"

- "where are they?", Spencer invited himself into my apartment.

- "what?"

- "the bottles"

- "Spencer..." I walked away from the door and closer to him. "I have no idea what bottles are you talking about..."

- "look, it's not been so long, and I notice the symptoms ok? You can't hide that from me"

I felt so overwhelmed I couldn't keep it together anymore.

- "Spenc-" I covered my mouth to stopped the crying, but he noticed. I quickly covered my whole face and he got closer to me, putting a hand on my shoulder.

I just hugged him and let my tears flow.

- "hey... Shhh, it's ok", he brushed my hair slightly with his fingers.

- "I'm sorry", I didn't mean to do this.

- "you have nothing to apologize for. I know what it feels like, that's why I'm here to help you"

- "well, a hug is always nice"

- "I'm talking about the drugs, y/n", he hugged me a little tighter.

- "drugs?" I let go of him, unable to believe what he was saying to me.

- "you don't have to lie, y/n, it's ok. I did the same thing, that's why I recognize it all"

- "recognize...?"

- "the red eyes, always being upset and explosive, scratching your eyes constantly and the dry mouth"

I just hugged him again.

- "I have no idea about what drugs are you talking about, but I haven't slept in 3 days. Everytime I close my eyes I...", I moved my head on Spencer's chest.

- "you don't have to do this alone", he hugged me.

- "I know but I don't want to bother anyone"

-"just...", he broke the hug, grabbing me softly from my shoulders. "I just need to know, y/n, have you been taking the drugs after the attack?"

-"god, no", I sniffed, I couldn't even bear to look at the bottle where they came in.

-"ok, it's ok, you'll be fine, I'm here for you", he said hugging me again, wrapping his arm around my head, pulling me to his chest, I felt so safe there.
