may.

may 1. today's my birthday. we text the entire day. it's a public holiday. you shoot me a text mid day saying, "almost forgot, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!" you make it the best birthday.

may 4. I'm at a party I don't want to be at, I hate it here so much. you text me the entire party. I told you I was feeling bored and you kept texting me the entire night making stupid inside jokes. all through the screen, at the end of the night you thank me for making it an entertaining one.

may 7. today's the day we were going for a field trip to a play. I didn't have anybody to sit with, as soon as you heard that you ran up to me and said "I can sit with you". we sat with eachother all the way on the bus, during the bus we spent our time debating on topics and laughing. at one point as we're passing the park I see you looking at my direction. I call you a weirdo asking what you're looking at, "the children" you say. I called you a creep and laughed it off. when we reached the theatre, we sat next to eachother, it was completely dark and we were so close, you kept sharing my arm rest and leaning against me while whispering stupid jokes about the play into my ear. when the play was done people were asking us if we were together. you got so flustered. walking back to our school classroom, my friend who knows about my crush on you asks me how was it, then proceeds to start shouting at you "back off! she's mine". as soon as you hear that you say "not for long" before everything, you pause, your mouth agape with your hand over it. you run off and I don't see you until the next day.

may 8. we all went out to different locations for our school project, I went to the airport, you went to a village. when we gathered back in school I had a bubble tea in hand. you were so jealous and you kept bothering me the entire time. you didn't say a word to anyone else in our class except me.

may 13. you confess to me. we were walking to the hall, you were acting all weird with me the entire day. when we were on our way to the hall you asked me, "hey do you like anybody?" I get flustered at you and storm off , I shout at you "are you actually stupid.". you run back up to me and say, "no, I like you." you say as you're catching up to me. you make me stop in my tracks. I smile so hard you wouldn't believe it. I'm stuttering at this point. we continue walking and giggling speaking how we finally confessed to eachother.

may 14. it's our first day after training, I get off from practice and I see you waiting for me at the busstop, I was worried since I ended really late, with the sky being dark, about to rain. I talk to you about how pretty the sky is, despite the fact you waited nearly an hour for me. you still listened to me blabbering about how pretty the sky was dark.

may 16. you ask me to be your girlfriend, whats with us and the number 16? I laugh at myself. on this day we were going to see a classical music concert. I sit behind you on the bus to not raise suspicion, I was so happy that day. while waiting to enter the theatre, you kept pushing it trying to move closer and closer to me, we could've gotten caught by teachers but you didn't care. you just cared about us. in the theatre were sitting together once again side by side, were whispering into eachothers ears jokes the entire time. old timely love songs start playing as our friends look to us and start grinning, I try not to smile as youre already blushing. I go back home being the happiest I've ever been in my life.

may 17. this day was our sports carnival, we barely saw eachother the whole day but that was fine. at the end you came and found me. you had found out I had led our class to win third place. you were so proud of me.

may 18. we text more, you tell me about your childhood, your life before meeting me. you tell me I'm a keeper, how you're so grateful to have met me.

may 21. today's our last day of school, we end it off by performing a musical piece on the ukelele, of course we sir next to eachother. before we started during rehearsal, we were sat at a quiet corner and you played for me 'just the way you are' by bruno mars. it was one of the sweetest things I've heard In my life.

may 27. I leave for france that day, going back to my country all you could do is whine and say how much you miss me. you texted me the entire time I was on the flight, you woke up extra early to match the time differences so we could still talk. it was cute how you pestered me to call because you missed my voice.i miss you more than everything right now.

may 29. I send you a video of myself recreating one of your childhood videos to you. you said it was one of the cutest things anyone has done for them. later that day I get sent a picture by you of a title saying "losing (my name)". tagged at the end of the message you wrote could never imagine that happening, I wish that thought stayed with you a little longer.

may 30. we call for ours that day in my hotel room, it was so fun hearing your voice after so long, of course we just talked about stupid stuff, but it was you. anything was good enough

may 31. we text too much that day, constant messages back and fourth about how much we missed one another.
