Richie Tozier's POV:
I'd grab one of my shirts, a bit too big for me but it'll do- and I shove it in my suitcase. Thats what I've been doing... for half an hour at least- packing. I hate packing. But it's not as bad when the most beautiful person you'd ever see is packing with you. Eddie.
Whenever I see him something weird happens- it's like a million butterflies are flapping their colorful wings in my stomach. Its... Weird to say the least. But I have no time to worry about that- Eddie's voice snaps me out of my train of thought:
" Richie-!! Are you even listening.? " He sounds irritated- I've noticed that usually when people talk to me, they sound irritated-
" Yeah Eds-? " I ask back... not having any witty retort to snap back at him... yet.
" God... this trip is going to be hell- your mom has been asking us to get into the car for like 10 minutes! Were you ignoring her or do you just not have ears...? " Eddie asks and rolls his eyes.
" Oh... uh- yeah... c'mon let's go " With that I close up my suitcase and Eddie closes his- we walk out of the house, and I look back at it one last time. I just now realized that I won't see this house till Fall. Me and Eddie get into the car and put our seatbelts on- I stretch my legs into Eddie's lap, and he tries to push them away but fails. Eventually he gives up and my mom gets into the front seat of the car... she starts to drive to Hawkins, and I think of something to say to Eddie.
By the time I think of something Eddie is looking out the window and fidgeting with his thumbs.
I guess I'll have to wait to talk to him ... ♡
