Episode 2: "The First Day"

The sun rose over the city of Paris as its rays began to shine down over it. Citizens began their day by getting up and going to work or going to school.

The sun’s rays pierced through the window of Marinette's room as she and Doc lay asleep in their bed and lounger.

Doc groaned as he tossed and turned in his sleep. He was dreaming about his home, the Mystia Isles. He was running with his friends in a field of rainbow flowers, surrounded by beautiful crystal trees.

One of Doc's friends, a girl wearing a long gold and white dress, looked at the flowers. “Wow, these Beneviolets are truly beautiful.” She said.

“I know.” Said Doc as he got down on his knees. He then spotted a budded flower. “Oh, hey, this one hasn't bloomed yet.”

The girl looked at the flower. “I guess you're right.” She said. She smiled and looked at Doc. “You should use one of your spells to help it bloom.”

Doc nodded and put his hands over the flower, closing his eyes. “Spirits of the Mystia Isles, give me the power to help this flower turn into something beautiful.” He said. He opened his eyes as they glowed bright green. “Flosculus!”

Little sparkles fell from Doc's hands and showered down onto the budded flower. The girl watched and waited. Soon, the flower bloomed, revealing shiny crystal petals and a rainbow center.

“Doc, you did it!” Said the girl. She turned to the bipedal wolf and hugged him. Doc's tail wagged and he hugged back.

Suddenly, the beautiful blue sky turned dark as the wind began blowing hard. Doc and the girl gasped as they covered their faces. The flowers swayed hard in the wind, their roots being pulled from the ground.

The girl gasped as she tried grabbing some of the flowers before they could fly away. But it was too late. The flowers were flung into the air, their petals scattering in all sorts of directions.

Doc watched as the crystal trees turned dark green, and saw something coming towards him and his friends. He squinted his eyes towards the shadows and gasped as Queen Nocturne came out, her dark black hair flowing in the wind.

Queen Nocturne looked at Doc and his group of friends, then smirked. She held her staff above her head, the shiny crystal ball gleaming. She slammed it into the ground, and shadow arms erupted from the crystal ball.

Doc screamed as he ran away from the shadows arms chasing him. He looked around as some of his friends were grabbed. He gasped as he stopped and watched as his friends were pulled from the ground and levitated in the air.

Suddenly, Doc's hovering friends became encased in dark green crystals. His eyes widened as he watched his crystallized friends disappear in a puff of black smoke.

Doc shook his head as he watched Queen Nocturne point at him. A beam erupted from her finger and blasted towards him. Doc screamed as he closed his eyes as the beam shot at him.

Doc shot up from the lounger, gasping and sweating as he looked around. He was back in Marinette's room. He sighed as he lay back down. “It was just a dream.” He said.
