"Hey, my nephew is back. Mr. Yang, keep dreaming. Bye!"
After hanging up the phone, he couldn't help but chide Mrs. Go, "Auntie, don't set Youn-Jung up with random men in the future. Relatives and friends are the most likely ones to deceive you or take advantage of you."
Looking embarrassed, Mrs. Go said, "How do I know that it was all just an act of his? Fortunately, Youn-Jung didn't marry him." After saying that, she waved at Namie and said, "Hey, my dear grandson, come here. It's my fault for misunderstanding you."
Namie hesitated, but eventually still leaped towards Mrs. Go.
"Auntie, Youn-Jung is a great catch. Why must she compromise to cater to others? If I had a child too, I wouldn't get married for sure. Isn't it great to be single? You can do whatever you want!"
Taehyung began to persuade earnestly, "Even if she gets married but ends up suffering from domestic violence everyday, it would be better to stay single."
Mrs. Go still wanted to explain for herself but Youn-Jung's cell phone suddenly started ringing.
When she looked at the caller ID, Youn-Jung's expression changed slightly and she looked at Taehyung, seemingly stuck in a spot. "It's from Yang Ze."
"Answer it."
"No!"
Taehyung continued calmly, "This call has to be answered. Hear what he has to say."
Youn-Jung pressed the answer button and turned on the loudspeaker in the process.
Soon, Yang Ze's voice rang out from the speaker. "Youn-Jung, what are you doing?"
"Watching TV." Youn-Jung's tone seemed a bit cold.
"Oh, uh... Uh, Mister Kim didn't say anything to you, did he?"
Youn-Jung humphed softly. "What should he say to me?"
"Oh, I'm just curious about his impression of me after meeting me at dinner today. Youn-Jung, my mother arranged for us to go get our marriage registered tomorrow. Is it convenient for you?"
'How dare he ask to register their marriage? Is he not afraid that I might have spilled the beans overnight?'
Youn-Jung didn't answer him so Yang Ze continued, "Youn-Jung, I've been trying to think of a way to tell you about something. After all, Mister Kim is your friend."
'There he goes. This disgusting man is going to start performing again.'
Taehyung changed his position and leaned back on the sofa. He even picked up an apple and started to nibble on it.
Seeing that he was behaving like a boss, Youn-Jung cleared her throat and said, "Shoot."
"Youn-Jung, I think Mister Kim doesn't seem to have a nice character."
"Huh? What do you mean?"
Yang Ze sent a voice recording to Youn-Jung, which happened to be the recording of the voice call he had with Taehyung just now.
However, he was rather scheming to have trimmed and removed many parts of the audio.
After listening to the recording, Taehyung also felt that he was quite a scumbag.
"Youn-Jung, I shouldn't be sowing discord between you and your friend but the way he's behaving is really intolerable. Mom eagerly wants us to get married because of that too."
"Oh, how do I know the audio recording isn't digitally doctored by you?"
"I can give you the screenshots of our voice message chat history. Youn-Jung, you must believe me!"
