The sun glared through the windows that was in the room , I turned over, my head hitting someone's chest.
I sat up —- confused, I looked around before I remembered where I was. Avery laid next to me, Her face features relaxed.
And her wavy jet black hair was sprawled all over the couch and pillows.
" I can feel you staring" she mumbled as she brought her arms over her eyes. " I'm not" I felt my cheeks get warm as I looked away.
" Whatever you say" she smiled before she sat up rubbing her eyes and stretching, as she stretched her shirt came up slightly and I caught a glimpse of her abs.
I quickly looked away, standing up before I made my way out the theater room and towards the kitchen.
I sat at the island as Avery started making us some coffee she turned towards me while the machine was going.
" So today I'm gonna take her horseback riding and out to eat , it's only about an hour or two out. do you want to come with?" she asked as she looked at me holding intense eye contact as usual.
" of course" I smiled excitedly. " does she know or is it a surprise" I questioned as she slid a cup of coffee towards me.
" its a surprise" she replied making me nod, my phone chimed letting me know Scarlett texted me back letting me know she was on her way.
"Okay you'll send me the address and I'll meet you there" I questioned making her raise an eyebrow at me.
"Absolutely not, I'll pick you up" She said before turning towards the fridge , looking for something.
" no you always drive me around, I can meet you guys there" I argued back. " No I'll pick you up end of the discussion" she said leaving no room for me to say anything else.
"Fine" I mumbled as I started picking at my nails, just as Avery opened her mouth to say something a honk came from outside.
" I'll see you later" I smiled making her nod as she followed behind me towards the door.
" I'll pick you up around 4:30 " she said making me nod before I headed out to Scarlett's car she had a smirk on her face already.
"Woohoo, stayed the night again what happened this time did you guys kiss?" She questioned as I strapped my seatbelt in.
" no Scarlett she is our professor. have you forgotten!" I scolded my best friend. " that would never stop me" she chuckled before pulling out of the driveway.

Today was a surprisingly warmer day, it was late September so it's the last day it will be this warm for a while.
I skimmed through my closet before settling on a white summer dress that I've never worn—- it literally still had the tag on it.
After I got out the shower I got dressed and did my skincare before I started my hair, today I just went with leaving my hair down.
I kept a few hair ties on my wrist just in case I felt like putting it in a ponytail later.
I sprayed my Burberry Her perfume right before there was a knock at my door.
I unlocked the door, pulling it open to reveal Calista and her mom.
"Abella!" Calista cheered excitedly as she ran past me and into my apartment. " Hi can I come in" Avery asked with a light smile.
" of course" I replied as I pulled the door open further. Once she walked in, I shut the door back and turned around to find Avery checking me out
I crossed my arms with a knowing look as she cleared her throat and looked else where.
" Do you have any juice Abella" Calista asked as she ran up to me and Avery breaking the tension that was clearly there.
"You don't need anyth-" Avery started before I cut her off. " of course, what do you want I have apple juice and fruit punch" I said as I opened the fridge earning an eye roll from Avery.
"Fruit punch please" Calista cheered excitedly as I grabbed a cup for her out the cabinet, I had some plastics ones from when my sister stays.
"Stai attento Tesoro" Avery said as Calista took the cup from me, carefully drinking it.
While Calista was drinking her juice I quickly went to my room and grabbed my bag and my phone off the charger.
When I made my way back out Avery and Calista were sitting there waiting for me. " sorry we can go now" I said as I grabbed my keys out the key bowl that sat on the counter.
Usually Scarlett's were there too but she had to work tonight.
I shut the door behind us making sure it was locked before we made our way down the hallway towards the elevator.
"Make sure you buckle correctly Calista" Avery said as we all got into the car. " mommy I always buckle correctly" Calista smiled with a giggle as she buckled her seatbelt.

We were in the car for about an hour and 45 minutes when we finally arrived.
Lana del ray filled the car as it was playing through the radio, Calista was knocked out in the back seat.
After the car was parked we both got out , Avery waking Calista up. As we made our way up to the little farm there was a cute flower patch.
"Mommy where are we" Calista questioned as she rubbed her eyes , her other hand grabbing onto her mother's.
"It's a surprise you'll see soon" Avery told Calista as we walked up the path as soon as we got closer to the entrance I hear a little gasp.
"Mommy it's a horse" Calista giggled excitedly as she jumped up and down. " Hi guys welcome to Darby horsefarm" a cheery man said as he walked up to us.
" my name is Danny" he smiled as he held his hand out. " Nice to meet you I'm Avery " Avery smiled at him still not shaking his hand.
The guy slowly retreated his hand as he nodded his head continuing on. " which horse would you guys want to ride today" he questioned.
" I love this one" Calista said as she ran up to the horse it was white and it had Gingerish spots on it.
" Lovely choice , this is Perilla she's a new horse we got, let me just get everything set up so you can start your ride" he said as he started looking for something.
" Do you want to ride one?" Avery asked as she turned to face me. " uh no thank you I'm to scared" I immediately turned down her offer.
"Okay but if you change your mind , just let me know" she smiled softly at me before we both turned our attention back towards the eager girl.
After about an hour or two Calista was finally wore out and we made our way to the restaurant for Calista's dinner.
