I felt ecstatic and surprised upon opening my laptop. As soon as I opened the email, part of me thought it was a scam because first things first, who would send me an email at that gloomy hour? Another part of me thought that the email was telling my mind to open it, hoping that one email would change my whole life forever so that I can live happily with the work that I'll be having.
But nevertheless, the letter gave me chills that ran through my spine. A feeling that made me feel so giddy and blessed at the thought that I'll be having my own job. That I'll be finally landing a spot that truly belongs to me.
Funny how this simple application of mine made my whole life changed in an instant.
I'm all tongue-tied, shocked, enthralled. Embarrassing as it sounds, but I guess that job was truly meant for me and I wouldn't miss this opportunity for a lifetime possible.
I'll never risk it and will always take it for granted. Opportunity awaits for me. So I must not waste this and save it for the best.
That letter means a lot to me. IT TRULY MEANS A LOT TO ME. IT TRULY DOES.
