"Wow! It's really been 11 months since I came here, isn't it Bhabhi? Time really flies by!", Vaishnavi was talking with Sudeshna, who was getting her hair done by Sairandri. She really hated her sister doing all these things as a servant. Being a Samragyi, she was being too humble and grounded. Even the situation demanded it, but it doesn't matter. What matters to her the most is her sister being a servant. She gulped down all her will and might to drag Draupadi away from this castle of constant insults.
"Sairandri! What is this? Are you even-", Sudeshna started to scold her, no, humiliate her. Where is Kank? Her eldest husband. Oh, he is just watching this not saying anything. And where is her husband? Brihannala? Wow, him too. At times Vaishnavi really regretted giving her sister away to these 5 Brothers, who did nothing to stop her from any humiliation. All they know is fight, fight and fight. Society is very free to blame a woman, particularly her sister for the inevitable war that was gonna happen. But in truth, she was just a spawn to Kaurava's games, and a motivation to pandava's vengeance. They all stayed silent as her sister was getting insulted left and right. Will she stay silent as well?
No way! Not under her watch. "Sairandri!", I shouted. "Come to my room! We have something important to discuss". She drags Sairandri with her but sudeshna stops her, "Tara, what is this behaviour? I was talking with her right? How can you-", Vaishnavi cut her off, "You are seeing how i can. I need her. Now. Period".
Sudeshna had an incredulous expression and looked at her husband, who just shrugged his shoulders and looked at her with an expression which screamed, 'You don't touch acid to see if it works'.
The queen of Matsya just took a deep breath and looked at Draupadi-
Sairandri,
"Better be here before i get angry!".Vaishnavi looked at her and said, "you better be with me until I say so", and looked at sudeshna, rivalling her expression. Vaishnavi swayed her hair, now only shoulder length, which is TOTALLY inappropriate for a girl in that era. Sudeshna smirked and said, "A girl like you doesn't get married with that behaviour and... ", with a nasty expression, "with a hair like that, if not for my brother!".
Vaishnavi nonchalantly took a sword and was playing with it, where Uttar, her nephew was playing. Sudeshna continued, "How many days we have to endure her Maharaj? Isn't it time to get her married to my brother? The damsel... The good for nothing, she has no qualities to be a queen either! She behaves just like how a man does! Huh! Living on her brother's wealth!". The Pandava brothers who were present there, Also bheem, who came to serve food, and Draupadi had a furious expression, which they controlled with a huge amount of constraint.
Vaishnavi finally looked at sudeshna with a bored expression, "Really? That's all you got? Really, you need to step up your game Bhabhi. You are way too lame to be acting like one of those dramatic spillers". Infuriated, Sudeshna stepped forward towards her husband, "Maharaj, look at how your sis-", but he cut her off, carrying the same amount of nonchalance his sister has, "who started it, Sudeshna? And i know my sister very well. She is, I didn't think I'll say this one day, but, way better than you as a person. And i really don't care what you think about her; she herself doesn't. What do you think, Kank?".
Yudisthir looked at him and sudeshna with conflicted expression, and smiled, "Princess Tara is a force to be reckoned with. I know that much", and looked at Vaishnavi, who was absolutely bashing and thrashing away all the swords men with her swooshes. "Good for you, Kank. Atleast got brains that you shouldn't go against me".
Yudisthir, Kank, just nodded and smiled, which was returned back by a smirk from her. She suddenly hit her head with her palm, "shit! I forgot I asked Sairandri to come with me!", and looked at Draupadi, "let's go?". Draupadi just nodded smiling, adoring her.
