Anastasia :

The bell rang, and I sprang from my seat, finally free from that damn chair. All day had been a drag, and I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Pulling out my phone, I saw a message from Madden.

Madden: Meet me at the back of the school parking lot in 5 min.

I raised an eyebrow, smirking to myself. Sure, I wanted to see him now, but since he said 5 min… it wouldn’t hurt to let him wait a little longer. After all, if he’s calling the shots, I might as well remind him he’s not the only one in charge of this game.

I slipped out of class and headed down the hall toward the bathroom. Just as I turned the corner, I spotted Aaron, flashing me that perfectly obnoxious smile of his. He was lugging a big bag over his shoulder, probably on his way to practice. I waved him off with a quick nod before ducking into the bathroom, where I pulled out my makeup bag. A quick touch-up, a few curls adjusted, a spritz of perfume...perfect. I checked the time; eight minutes late. Just right.

I gave my reflection a once-over, feeling that small thrill of anticipation creep up. I blew a playful kiss at myself in the mirror before pushing the door open, ready to finally meet Madden and see that ridiculously handsome face of his.

As I approached the back door of the school gym, a strange noise caught my attention. I paused, glancing left and right to pinpoint its source.

It was definitely coming from the boys' changing room, a muffled mix of strange noises drifted through the air, and I paused, brow furrowing in confusion. It was a bit too much like... sucking? I facepalmed at the realization that hit me like a brick. Just as I was about to turn away.

a soft moan escaped, and it was definitely a girl’s voice. My cheeks flushed with embarrassment, And that was definitely my cue to go. I shook my head, forcing myself to focus on what lay ahead instead of the scandalous scene I’d almost stumbled into.

I shook my head, dismissing the sounds as I pushed open the door and stepped out into the cool air, determination flooding my veins.

The parking space was pretty much empty, with only two cars and a sleek motorbike parked near the edge. The sight of a tall, handsome boy leaning against the bike caught my attention. He looked effortlessly cool, his dark hair tousled slightly by the breeze, and a casual smirk playing on his lips as he caught my gaze.

Madden stood there, confident and relaxed, radiating an energy that drew me in. The empty lot amplified the moment, making it feel like the world around us had faded away, leaving just the two of us to explore this undeniable tension.

He stood straight as I headed toward him, the click of my heels echoing in the quiet parking lot. Our eyes locked, and for a moment, I completely lost track of time and the urgency to leave.

“Took you long enough, princess,” he said with that teasing smirk I’d come to adore, turning slightly to grab a black helmet that matched the one resting on the seat of the bike. He extended it toward me, the weight of the moment pressing down, as I felt a mix of excitement and nerves bubble up inside.

I took the helmet from his hand, raising an eyebrow at him. “What’s the plan for today?” But before he could answer, my phone rang, the familiar tone pulling my attention away from him. It was Mom...shit, I was supposed to be home by now. I hesitated, glancing between Madden and my phone. After a moment's pause, I locked my screen, opting for silence over a potential lecture.

I quickly shot a message to Tolya, letting him know I was leaving class with a friend. I hoped this little escape wouldn’t land me in trouble later. As I looked back up at Madden, a small thrill of rebellion coursed through me. “Alright, let’s do this,” I said, slipping the helmet on,
