From Emily's point of view
I woke up on my bed, remembering nothing, Klaus was next to me, sitting on my bed, when he saw me wake up, he caressed my hair tenderly:
Love, are you okay?
Emily: What happened?
Klaus: don't you remember?
Emily: no, did I take the remedy? No?
Klaus: Yes you took it...but...
Emily: but what? What happened Klaus??
Flashback from an hour before...
Daisy: Do you want to take the cure?
Damon: There's no question of that little sister
He smiles before wanting to take it from my hands
Emily: out of the question! I want this cure, I waited all my life to get it, I waited 106 years to become human again...
Klaus: Emily, we don't even know if he can walk since you're a tribrid...
Emily: I want to try, let me take it...
Damon: you can't take it... Emily...
But I ignored them and decided to take it while my 3 relatives shouted "no!", a few seconds after the ingestion, I ended up collapsing with a strange fatigue...
Today's flashback
Klaus: Emily..the remedy only worked for your wolf side...it didn't work...
In shock, I answered him in a trembling voice...
Emily: Q...what? No, it's not true...
I started sorting
Klaus: oh...love
He took me in his arms so that I could cry...why the remedy didn't work
