(Y/N)'s wanderings led her across a rustic bridge, its weathered wooden slats reflecting the warm, golden-coloured light of the sun.

The bridge spanned a gentle brook, its crystal waters babbling softly as they flowed through the heart of the meadow. The meadow itself was a tapestry of vibrant colours, with wildflowers of every hue; lavender, chamomile, and daisies swaying gently in the howling wind. Tall trees, their leafy canopies a vibrant green, stood sentinel along the meadow's edges, their branches stretching toward the sky like nature's own cathedral.

Above, the sky was a brilliant blue, with only a few wispy clouds drifting lazily across it. The clouds were like cotton tufts, their soft, white peaks morphing into fantastical shapes. A delicate blue butterfly, its wings intricately patterned with tiny veins, flitted past (Y/N)'s shoulder, its gentle dance a mesmerizing spectacle.

As she strolled through the meadow, (Y/N) noticed a majestic horse grazing peacefully. Three little girls, their laughter and chatter carrying on the breeze, rode the horse in turns.

Princess Katrina, Melody, and Lorena were all dressed in flowing dresses, their pastel hues complementing the meadow's pretty pastel colours. Katrina's pink sundress had white flowers embroidered along the hem, while Melody's bone-white dress was adorned with tiny bows. Lorena's blue and green dress had a matching ribbon tied around her curly brown hair pulled into a tight bun at the top of her head.

Katrina, the youngest, reined in the horse with a gentle "Woah boy, woah!" The little girls tumbled off the horse's back, their luscious locks of hair bouncing. Katrina offered the horse a carrot, her smile warm. "That's my last carrot." Melody, her eyes sparkling with concern, observed, "He still looks hungry." Lorena, about to bite into a red apple, hesitated as her sisters turned to her. "I was going to share," she said, breaking the apple in half. She offered the horse the larger portion. "Here you go, Botticelli." The horse nuzzled her hand, its soft muzzle a gentle thank you.

Katrina's gaze wandered, her baby blue eyes scanning the meadow. "Melody! Lorena! Look." she exclaimed, spotting an apple tree heavy with ripe fruit. "Enough for everybody." The girls rushed toward the tree, Katrina leading the charge. But as she reached the tree's base, the earth gave way beneath her. Katrina's scream was cut short as she fell into a hidden pit.

(Y/N) gasped aloud, her heart racing with concern. The pit was hidden elaborately, its entrance camouflaged by the lush grass and foliage. The little girls' laughter and shouts turned to cries of alarm as they realized their sister had vanished. (Y/N)'s instincts urged her to act, to help the trapped girl. She rushed toward the pit, her thoughts racing with the need to rescue Katrina.

The serenity of the meadow was shattered by Katrina's sudden scream as she plummeted further into the hidden pit. Melody's voice pierced the air, her cry echoing across the landscape. "Katrina!" she wailed, her face contorted with worry. (Y/N), swiftly responding to the distress call, rushed toward the pit, her long light pink skirts fluttering behind her like a mariposa's wings. She grasped the soft fabric between her fingertips, lifting it to avoid tripping as she hastened to Katrina's aid.

As (Y/N) loomed over the pit, Katrina's terrified face gazed up at her, her eyes wide with fear. "Help me!" Katrina screamed, her voice trembling. (Y/N)'s expression turned resolute, her voice calm and reassuring. "Just hold on, I'll get you." Lorena, seizing the urgency of the situation, mounted the horse and rode away, shouting back, "I'll get help!" Melody remained, her small frame tense with worry, pleading, "Hurry, Lorena!" Katrina's breathing grew heavier, her panic escalating. "I'm scared!" she exclaimed.

(Y/N) extended a slender hand, leaning into the pit to reach Katrina. "Grab on." she urged, her voice steady. Katrina strained to reach (Y/N)'s outstretched hand, but her fingers fell short. "I can't!" she wailed. (Y/N)'s expression remained calm, her voice soothing. "Just let go with one hand and reach up. That's it!" she coaxed. Katrina hesitated, then released one hand, stretching upward. (Y/N)'s hand closed around hers, their palms meeting in a firm grasp. With a gentle smile, (Y/N) began to pull Katrina to safety, her movements steady and reassuring.
