Felix’s back pressed against the cold wall, his heart racing as his friends surrounded him, blocking every possible route to freedom. Each one wore an expression that vacillated between desperation and possessiveness, their eyes gleaming with an intensity that felt suffocating.
“Felix, please,” Jeongin said softly, his voice edged with emotion. “We only want what’s best for you.”
Felix shook his head, a knot of frustration tightening in his chest. “What’s best for me? You’ve turned my life into a prison. This isn’t love—this is control!”
Minho stepped forward, his gaze unwavering. “You don’t understand. We’re protecting you. It’s a dangerous world out there, and we can’t let you face it alone.”
Felix swallowed hard, feeling the heat rise in his cheeks. “I can’t breathe here! I need to be free to make my own choices.”
“Family doesn’t abandon each other,” Chan replied, his voice steady but filled with an underlying threat. “We won’t let you go. Not now, not ever.”
The tension in the air was palpable, and Felix’s heart pounded as he realized that reasoning with them was futile. They were too far gone, too consumed by their obsession to see the truth. He had to act before it was too late.
In a flash of desperation, Felix pushed past Han, who was momentarily caught off guard, and bolted toward the front door. He fumbled with the lock, praying he could escape before they caught up with him.
But just as he turned the handle, Minho was there, gripping his arm with surprising force. “You think you can run from us? You’re ours, Felix!”
“Let me go!” Felix shouted, panic coursing through him. He pulled against Minho’s grip, but it was futile. The others quickly closed in, blocking his path and trapping him between them.
“Felix, don’t make this harder than it has to be,” Hyunjin said, his voice cold and calm. “You can’t leave us. We won’t allow it.”
Felix’s breath quickened as he felt the weight of their presence bearing down on him. He was surrounded, outnumbered, and the glint of madness in their eyes made his skin crawl. He was painfully aware that they would do whatever it took to keep him with them.
“Please, you don’t understand,” Felix pleaded, his voice trembling. “I need to go. I can’t stay here like this!”
Changbin stepped closer, a chilling smile on his face. “You’re right, Felix. You can’t stay here. We’ll take you back home. Where you belong.”
Before he could react, they closed in around him, their hands grabbing hold of him, pulling him back as he fought against them. He kicked and struggled, but it was no use; they were too strong, too determined.
“Stop fighting,” Minho hissed as they dragged him toward the door. “You’ll only make this worse for yourself.”
Felix’s heart sank as he realized that their twisted love had no bounds. They weren’t going to let him go; they were going to take him back, punish him for daring to defy them.
“Please!” Felix shouted, his voice echoing through the empty hallway as they pulled him outside. “Don’t do this!”
But the more he begged, the more resolved they seemed. They carried him like a prize, forcing him into the back of a van. The door slammed shut behind him, sealing him in darkness as he felt the dread wash over him.
Once inside, Felix looked up to see the expressions on their faces—eyes filled with a sick mix of joy and possessiveness. They had succeeded in their mission to bring him back, and now, he could feel their excitement, their hunger for control over him.
As the van rumbled to life and began to drive away, Felix realized that there would be no escape. He was trapped in their web of obsession, and he could only brace himself for what lay ahead.
The weight of their gaze bore down on him, their collective energy creating an atmosphere thick with tension. Felix’s stomach churned as he faced the harsh reality that they would stop at nothing to keep him within their grasp.
There was no way out this time. The fight had been taken from him, and he could only hold onto the hope that, someday, he would find a way to break free from their twisted hold.
