Hex was walking, or actually floating around in her case, in the middle of the night, trying to keep her guard up. It's pretty quiet on the Academy, for some reason...
But then... it happened.
Countdown appeared. He looks... Insane... "YOU?! SPYRO WAS RIGHT?!" Hex managed to scream out, before brutally getting showered with rockets and brought into an infinite unconscious state, like Food Fight was. It was cruel... Countdown then grabs her body, by using both his rocket hands, and drags her somewhere else, where he showers her body with his Bombbuddies.
... So that must be what happened to Food Fight too... RIGHT?!
